What infrastructural neglect, and dirt everywhere,l bet it was cleaner and tidier, when Tete Province was part of Overseas Portugal, notwithstanding the war situation. The Cahora Bassa Dam electricity generation revenues should be paying for a smarter Northern Mozambique, where has the money gone?, or has Mr Business Guebuza stolen it all, for his cronies?. The Portuguese need to come back as practical advisers and teach them, how to manage infrastructure projects, that is a reason why there is an Islamic insurgency in Cabo Delgado in the north, bring back the legions of Portugal.

Mr Daniel, you are right when saying that the Portuguese expats need to come back. But I disagree. I think Mozambicans to learn how to manage, or take care of their infrastructure themselves. And the Portuguese Expats, or any other people willing to help or share expertise will be a good idea, as it is impossible to improve nowadays w/o other supports.
