If the pre-tensioned precast beams half casted concrete until the neutral web of the beam and if you cast the floor with the flange of the beam a monolithic concrete formed to strength the ribbed floor. That way i feel comfortable to recommend b/c with limited tools test equipment and workmanship leads to unsafe construction. And also column curing time has to be maintained to proceed construction of upper floors and props has to be used untill the concrete reaches full strength through curing.
