Now that is under the assumption that Rodgers will play well coming back from the injury. Either way I think the secondary is the least of our worries right now on defense. The front 4 are so bad they are hard to watch right now.

Although the run defense needs a lot of work …the redzone defense held the falcons 15 pts for four qtrs. If Slay sticks to his assignment, that’s all the points the falcons would’ve had. 15. All that running and lack of pass rush, yet still held them to 22

sign Reddick can rush the passer, but he can't cover. To play in Fangio's defense you have to be able to do both. We would have captain if Fangio told him that he would work in his scheme. What we really need to do is find a DC that doesn't play prevent defense and a play caller that places more value on the run game and doesn't rely on the RPO all the time
Watch the film. You'll see it's literally 11 on 10 out there, no effort. Pitts blocks him with little to no effort he's jogging to action, and I'd cut him just to make a statement

What I find even more interesting is that when it comes down to brass tacks, this whole debacle is an ongoing Lurie/Roseman mess of their own making... that's been in the works for quite some time. And we no longer have our 2 best defense players from last year. Cox and Reddick. I think we are in for along year. I think the games we will win will shoot outs just like week 1. I think we will probably win the division because I believe we are atleast better than Dallas. But we are not a superbowl team. Right now it is what it is.

I said it before. I never wanted Vic Fangio. Why all of a sudden are all these players not performing. Because they don't want to play for him. This was talked about with him coaching other teams.
I was right with you. When they hired Vic fangio and everybody was clamoring for him. I did not want him as defensive coordinator I don't like his scheme.
I saw a stat on Twitter last year it was like four or five NFL teams that was running his defense and all of them were trash.
He's a defensive coordinator that still living off of those 49er defenses he inherited during the Jim harbaugh years over a decade ago.

I'm all for giving Booker more playing time,.but we need to see that over a couple of games. We will see how it goes. Jordan Davis was not drafted as a pass rusher he was supposed be a run stopper. I'm truly worried about Huff I said it when they signed him I just didn't understand paying a situational pass rusher who only had one year of production and let's be honest that Jets D-Line is good. It's early though so we have time to gel. Great video as always man. Why not give the rookie Hunt a shot.

Although the run defense needs a lot of work …the redzone defense held the falcons 15 pts for four qtrs. If Slay sticks to his assignment, that’s all the points the falcons would’ve had. 15. All that running and lack of pass rush, yet still held them to 22
I feel like Jalen Hurts still can’t read the defense. Jason Kelce did a lot of that, and you can see the difference now. It’s like hurts only locks on one receiver if he is not open, he runs with the ball smh I’m hoping it gets better, but it doesn’t look too good right now😢

sign Reddick can rush the passer, but he can't cover. To play in Fangio's defense you have to be able to do both. We would have captain if Fangio told him that he would work in his scheme. What we really need to do is find a DC that doesn't play prevent defense and a play caller that places more value on the run game and doesn't rely on the RPO all the time

There's something amateur-ish to this guys persona, dunno... it's not as if he's a bad person, however he's clearly over his head at this point professionally, and I sense the players know (and/or have known) this all too well. The eye test makes it really appear that he can't get dafuq out of his own way. Everybody rises to their own level of incompetence...
What I find even more interesting is that when it comes down to brass tacks, this whole debacle is an ongoing Lurie/Roseman mess of their own making... that's been in the works for quite some time. These issues are gonna come to a real head at some juncture if they already haven't...
