A bit late to the party BBC. Ukraine and Russia have been using these drones for the last two years.
Hello how are you doing..?😅
Any idea why the drones have analoge VHS cameras mounted on them in 2024? They need to sort the tracking out.
Fpv pilot here, analog have almost no delay, its lighter, and is soooo much cheaper than any digital system, even in 2024 some of us still fly analog.
@@litz54 fair enough
They switched to those on purpose. At some point expensive mavics were being jammed, landed and lost more often. They switched to analogue fpvs to drop bombs. It worked better and then the rest developed from there.
Now all the drones are twicked. None is flying without changes being made to it, otherwise it will fall as a stone in its first flight.
There are even fpvs that can fly very high and hunt long range russia’s reconnaissance drones.
Odd that a reporter thinks he should ask why they're driving fast. Why doesn't the reporter just simply state we're driving fast to avoid drones. A reporter acting , about like a four-year-old, with dumb questions, when the answers are obvious. Why do news organizations believe they have to dumb down their questions. Use that time to give us more actual facts. Have we no editors?
Well said.
For sure!.....When I heard that question i was like....Whaaaaaat?
Driving fast will not save you, Ukraine has been thrown into a bleak future in this war, where within minutes individual soldiers, fast-moving vehicles, and trench positions can be precisely targeted by some of the most powerful long-range Russian drones.
@@graemekeeley4497 Russian losers tried to win with conventional Russian cannon fodder strategy in 2022, but got their rear ends handed to them at major Ukrainian cities (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Kherson), and started to copy drone technologies and tactics from Ukraine.

Don't get me wrong a lot of Russians and Ukrainians have died but not 600K each side. When you factor in seriously wounded that would be well over a million lost for each side. well worthwhile
Weird how just yesterday the Daily Telegraph reported this:
He said a lack of coordination between Ukrainian units’ electronic warfare jammers meant a “significant number of our own drones” had been destroyed in a post on social media. “A critical problem is the lack of a single competent authority for all drone and electronic warfare forces, which continue to be used in a scattered and uncoordinated manner,” Mr Butusov wrote. Our own electronic warfare destroys a significant number of our own drones. Drone units are assigned tasks without regard to tactical and technical capabilities.”
Which side has more drones? A quick google search will tell you Russia has 6 times as many drones as Ukraine. So, if 100s of Russian soldiers die, then how many Ukrainian soldiers die? They never say. I thought this report would at least mention that Ukraine has far less drones than Russia. I guess not...
The BBC will never tell you about the loss of Ukraine and especially the British military, but they exist. Ukrainians die from 300 to a thousand per day. But propaganda is forbidden to talk about this.
Actually, the Russians themselves say that Ukraine has way more drones than them. Many Russian units can't even get drones to use. Russia literally have to smuggle parts for drones to make them.
@@JTMaster isnt DJI Chinese?
@@JTMaster I find it hard to believe you read a Russian language report that said that. Google says this: "Russia also has the advantage in drone numbers: six for every Ukrainian one"
