Thank you very much for this video..... My son bought this cutter / plotter ut its under the name of Vevor.
He had it in the box for a while and when he took it out there were quite a few problems with it, he could not get it to work and he had it for over a year before he realized that it had mental issues. But as a father i took it and i am trying to get it to work....

Very helpful video, I got the sk375 going but forgot to change the width and the cutting head crashed into the edge with a big bang!! I used to have much wider mh721 and never did this before, whoops.. thanks great vid! ❤️👍😎

Please, I have this exact seiki plotter. But, for some days now it's been developing series of issues. It doesn't cut complete anymore.
I need software for mine . My CD s that came with it are corrupted
How do i set up the cutter? You don't show us how to get to that screen where you select your cutter
It cuts what I send to it but in another way. It cuts inside the design itself instead of outside
when I put the blade holder in all the way down it touches the white strip. I have the same machine. Should it be touching the white strip or up about a credit cards thickness?
I have one just like this. When I turn it on why does it make an extremely constant loud sound? And my reset button is lit up

I have done everything you said to do for this cutter, but it will not start cutting immediately. It came with signmaster software and I never could get it to work. I downloaded the signcut pro and it still will not start cutting. What could I be doing wrong?

mine starts to cut then just stops and then wont communicate with my software........ this is annoying as i got this to replace a burnt out unit...... im dead in the water here............ and $200 in the hole on a bunk unit.....

@@ThePrincemomqueen its a piece of shit unit. i was able to obtain replacement parts for my dead one and am back to using it - US Cutter Brand.. the Seiki will be for emergency use only for me

Hi, I also have the SK-720T (USB only) with Artcut 2009. I have big troubbles to connect. In the DeviceManager the plotter only listet bellow the USB-Controller as "printer-Support" and not by Ports (COM<P) the plotter was never in use. I have no communciation to them. Hope you get tell me what I need to do. Thank you very much!

@@eboniworsley1178 dont worry about the pen, thats if you want to draw something out. You put the blade in but make sure its only just poking out. There are clips at the back that you can lift up and move to change for the size of your vinyl.

@@eboniworsley1178 no worries I do not want paying. I just dont know how to message you privately. It wad a nightmare to set up and I did think it wasnt going to work but I got everything running in the end.
So how do you install the driver?

@@dukercuk I ended up just adding a generic text printer and pointing it to the USB port that the printer was connected to. It worked but only with the software that came with the printer

Hi I've bought one of these recently and it came with artcut 2009 and when it come to the cut stage it kicks me off artcut is there another software that can be used and easier to set up?
