1:55 I don't think this is how it works. Spring stiffness can be estimated using this formula. C = Gd⁴/8nD³ . So the more the number of turns (n) the less stiff will the spring be. I think the wire diameter and core diameter must be taken into account as well.

I had won the touranment of armwrestling held in my school so,i will really recommend purchasing a hand gripper with good resistance and spring tension and use it in less wight but try to maximise reps per set
