Thanks for this tutorial! Do you know how to set a centralized origin in a generic model adaptative family? When opening the generic model adaptative family in a model the family doesn't rotate around the axis defined by the origin planes.
i started from an adaptive component instead of pattern based, with the idea it can be applied on other patterns easily. but my void injoins all the time. i did use chord lengt instead of curve parameter. could that be the cause?
Hi Jorge, it seems like Pete used the "Curtain Panel Pattern Based" family template to create this family. You can also consider using the Generic Model Adaptive family for the creation of adaptive families.

Very usefull tutorial but I think you should start from the very beggining showing us which family template you select.
