To be fair, Shigaraki has been constantly getting nerfed in this season/fight so it's easy to forget that lol. With all for one most people remember how OP he is since he fought All Might in S3 and that fight showcases how powerful AFO is even in his old and battered form, so people will naturally expect him in his 'prime' form to be godly, which the show itself even emphasizes. For some reason, so far AFO is giving me more hype than Shigaraki is as a villain. They made Shigaraki OP as hell but he's lacking the presence that AFO has.
I think i am goona cry next episode when we'll finally see THIS. When i was reading this chapter when it first came up I was so grateful to Horikoshi that he decided on THIS!!!
