They're only rated at a high amount of HP because of the turbos and NOS and they typically don't go Fast enough to even kick in 800hp. (If they do theyre 98% more than likely to wreck). Every day cars don't have the suspension frame or tires to withstand that much power... Lol
I think that the mod actually changed the icons in the upgrades menu, because I have Horizon 3 for PC and the icons are the same as in the console version
