- Hola guys welcome back to my channel .Today let's learn how to prepare dry fry matumbo /tripes.Pardon me in the video I used stripes instead of tripes ,pronunciation error it happens.Guys dry fry matumbo is the easiest recipe ever .
One secret with matumbo though ,make sure they are washed well in just clean water .Don't use soap in them huh.Then boil them for sometime mostly 3-4 hours.Be patient while cooking them and frying too
While frying use low medium heat so that they don't burn .Then fry until golden brown and crunchy .
I just used salt,onions,garlic,some tandoori powder just a pinch,maggi cubes don't overspice it up.

Hey patricia if you are using a jiko ,you have to be very patient with it .for me I start boiling it from around 10:00 am to around 2:00 pm but until it's soft I even taste it to make sure it's soft
If you use a pressure cooker 1hr is enough
Waah yani matumbo take that long to cook 🙆🙆my gas will finish ooooh
