I invite you to a sound experiment. A journey through the chakras to the sounds of crystal bowls, didgeridoo and shamanic rattle.
Chakras, according to the Eastern tradition, are energy points in the body that are associated with various aspects of life, energy and health. There are 7 basic chakras. Individual glands correspond to them in the body. Chakras are also assigned specific colors and sounds.
I tested this recording and I have the impression that it can have a positive impact on subtle energies in the body, it can help release negative programs and unsupportive energies.
However, this recording may cause some discomfort. The high tones of crystal bowls vibrate and resonate through our cells and our consciousness. Therefore, it is important to listen to this recording lying down or sitting in a meditation position. Before and after listening, it is good to drink a glass of clean water.
