Wildcamping somewhere in the Cheviot Hills

- Friday night I ventured out for another wildcamp. of late I haven't been making videos of my wildcamps just for the fact I wanted to enjoy the solitude myself. But last night I decided to share my adventure with my subscribers ☺️
It was a beautiful evening, filled with stunning scenery, lots of wildlife and some good food. Of course the good old cheviot weather didn't disappoint. giving the sky texture and beauty.

I live on the edge of the Cheviots and think I know where this is. Good choice. I love the solitude. I can feel the calm in these videos.

Cracking video Emz looked a good spot loved the time laps of the cheviot you are a fountain of knowledge when it comes to the cheviot hill's and you would be the first person i would contact if i needed some advice I've not used a trangia cook set for year's i found if your not in a hurry for food then it's ideal but i do prefer a gas stove Waffle Waffle Waffle 😂😂😂 thanks for the mention Emma your a top lass glad to have you as a friend atvb Jimmy 😎😎👍👍
Awww jimmy. Thanks mate. Really appreciate it. I'm gonna stick with the trangia, I really liked it once I got the knack of it. Done think I'd take the whole kit with me on a long distance multi day hike though. Too bulky.

Cracking Emz, nice spot that. Really liked the look of the bait, you can cook all sorts on that trangia 😊. Evening dave. I think I've got the hang of the trangia. Aye the sunset was a very nice surprise. Loved it up there. Might even take a few bevoirs out again next weekend. I do love them hills. Ah Emz!!! Back with a wild camping vid.....YeY!!!!! To say I thoroughly enjoyed this would be an understatement, I was beaming from ear to ear all the way through - plus a good few chuckles along the way. A great place to pitch up for the night - and I'm unsure where you were, which I kinda liked. There's so much to the Northumberland NP area, yet people seem to flock to the same places, certain hillforts and crags are getting a hammering from wild campers at the mo..
Tea looked great when it eventually cooked, loads better than those expedition foods.....and washed doon with cider and Revels lol. Great stuff Emz, cheers for the wee shout out 😊 and aye, hopefully catch up soon. XxX

always find great spots emz...sometimes I get half way through a camp and just stop recording because its having a negative impact. Gotta enjoy it or whats the point...TFS Steven

I think you do right keeping a favourite spot to yourself and I love nice food and a couple of fruity ciders. What I love about the my Helm One is it all goes up together inner and outer, so easy, especially handy if you ever have to pitch in the rain and the MSR did look very similar when it was pitched. What am amazing 360 you got - views were superb on land and in the skies. Well prepared as well, -10C sleeping bag, you were taking no chances mind..... I am an early riser too, never need to set an alarm, even when I was at work but I may have been one for the food, what's up with gas? That view of you and Rollo sitting looking at the scenery was the dogs canhoonas for me! My sister used to own Auchan Castle up at Moffit about 15 years ago funny enough and my parents used to live at the gatehouse there, so a travel I used to do on a monthly basis when they were all there. I do like Peanut M&Ms but I would not swap them for my GoPro and my head is always noisy, as I have tinnitus in both ears, 20 years working in a woodmill and 50 years of listening to heavy metal has unfortunately taken it's toil. Andy Wardle shy...lol, I bet he did not mention that on his video 🤣. Not a bad morning once the rain went and good to see/hear you are a responsible dog owner, cheers Alan

The helm one looked at good tent mind. I'm loathed to part with my msr I love them . It is a pain when it's raining, trying to pitch but I mastered the art of outer first then inner. Saves getting wet. Really appreciate you watching as always. I've still not decided what to do at weekend. The world's my oyster. Was up there the week before last. Puffed my way up Easter tor Westertor and Harelaw one day. So windy even for the Cheviots i nearly lost my raincoat but still great day out.
Sadly back in deepest Norfolk again now. Rolo has to be the fittest lab for miles.

Yes I've been following donna for a while on social media as her adventures are mostly in places I haven't been yet, so find them interesting , plus the banter between her and Annie 🤣 you have plenty videos to keep me occupied for a while 😁 my little channel is nothing really, just a dumping place for photos and short vids from my phone. I've got a speedster stove setup - it definitely means you can travel quicker with it, not that it cooks quicker, it's even slower than a trangia 😅
😅thanks for that nick. I think I'll stick to the trangia. I love the kit and if I go on a long distance trails for a few days I can just not take all the stuff that goes with it and take my one pan 🎉
