Yes, should accommodate that size with no issues. I use size 9UK and there's still some space on top of it.

About 2 or 4 screws for fastening: if it's drywall I would go for 4 screws even if you only plan to keep light items in the rack.

Yes, the GSR 120 is the best. GO for it blindly. These days, I tend to be lazy and use it for minor drilling as well. I have a proper corded drill, but I use the GSR 120 for light drilling.

Is it necessary to mount this or is it possible to use one on top of the other on the ground? I dont plan to put too much weight inside, some lightweight books and similar things
You can place it on the ground, but the front thing opens with a jerky motion, so the rack might fall whenever you open it.
Else, you will have to hold it from the backside while opening it.
WHAT SIZE SCREWS DID YOU USE?
2-3 Inch screws are fine. Go for 3 inch if you intent to keep heavy items in the shoe rack.

What's there to review in this product. It's a simple shoe rack where you store shoes. Simple as that.
