after watching this video, my conclusion:
was there a quid pro quo between Imran Khan and the other party? No
was Imran Khan personally benefited directly or indirectly? No
was there a malicious intent behind this project ? No
was the money transactions openly conducted and purchase records are available? Yes
most importantly, can this entire process could have been done in a better way? - absolutely Yes.
Ik is the trustee in the fund.. So yes he benefited directly from it.. Or at least the angels around him did.. And malpractice and misuse of authority is enough reason to land yu in jail weather yu benefited from something directly or not that doesn't matter..

I heard that same thing happens in Canada as well where Pakistani's overpay for the same property and get the mortgage registered at the higher rates and use the profit and laundered money to make another investments.
Hard to believe as banks do their own property assessment and a as rule of thumb, it is normally around 10% below the market value. Bankers are a lot smarter than these so called Pakistani's.

Pakistan Army and PDM should get together to create a university where doctors of Corruption graduate with Masters and PHD's from, because in the last 70+ years we have excelled in the art. This maybe the only chance paksitan will have to contribute to the world and achieve global recognition.

Well its astonishing that the plot for alqadir university was worth 190 million pounds 😮 however it was in Pakistan's benefit, Pakistan got its looted money back and in return got a university giving free education on seerat e nabvi (s.a.w). Why are people mad at it?, may be because sharifs did not want this money to come back to Pakistan 🤔
Money is still in the Supreme Court Account. AlQadir Trust is plenty to Malik RIAZ.
The land of Alqadir is not even worth 150 Million PKR (1£ = 380 PKR).
