Since everyone in my family likes a different kind of pizza, I started using XL muffin pan to make individual mini pizzas for the freezer. I would start with dough in the bottom either pressed flat or pressed a ways up the sides for different crusts. Then I added whatever toppings people wanted and it saved me so much hassle.
    Thanks for sharing Bev!!
♡♡♡ much love from my family to yours!

Bev, you must have been fun in school! I picture you telling and showing everyone how to do things after the teacher walked away!
At least that was my experience when it came to sewing projects. I had already been making and altering my own clothes for a couple of years. I guess they would rather ask a classmate than the teacher.
Love you Bev! You made my day!♥️👍🙏🤓

$5.00 for that pizza is really a good price. However using leftovers helps reduce the cost as you did! So many meals for such a low price. Nice job Bev!

Another wonderful video, Mrs. Volfie. Thank you! I’m very curious about your garlic sauce as I’m trying to limit tomato sauce because of the carb content. I’ll need to look through your videos to find the recipe. I’m using CarbQuick and Almond Flour as well as using some Allulose or Monkfruit when I add the salt and yeast to my mixer. I’ll be using your recipes for the pizza dough for my own dumplings, too! I’m excited as I’ve been wanting to find a dumpling recipe that I can use for potstickers, wontons, and noodles. Those “dumplings” look outstanding! Thanks again! Gotta love how Keto has stopped fibromyalgia flares, reversed Type 2 Diabetes and helped me starve my late-stage breast cancer in 2017. Yay!

My lord Bev you have me craving pizza at 2 in the morning...yep another sleepless night but here you are for me. I will be making these pizzas I'm going to caramelize the onion and I do have tomatoes but I think I will have fresh after cooking pizza thanks for educating me on another use for pizza dough who knew it would make good dumplings. Oh the possibilities of what else I could make.
Thanks for sharing your creativity much love from Thunder Bay Ontario

@Kathleen Dexter I too have been cutting carbs drastically, started keto months ago. I lost 20 pounds and I don't crave carbs and sugar anymore. Sugar and ''bad carbs'' are out of my daily diet. I have been cooking and baking with monk fruit and I mostly bake with almond flour, sesame seed flour and such. Once in a while I go back to making bread with regular flour for my sons who love the ''real thing''. This whole lifestyle change has helped me to reverse my borderline Type 2 diabetes and get rid of some joint pain due to inflammation from eating carbs. Glad to read your change of diet helped you get healthier, it's awesome!

It’s been a while since I’ve checked in. I notice you have replaced your cowboy! I have the exact same stand mixer and it took a while to get used to not lifting the top up but I’m used to it now. I find the plastic shield definitely helps when pouring flour and things in otherwise I seem to spill it everywhere. Another adjustment but Im not complaining! I’ve named mine pearl after the colour :)

I use that same recipe, only a third of it, for my pizza. I throw it all in the breadmaker on the dough setting, and cut the dough into two pieces when done. One piece immediately goes in the freezer and the other I make for us to eat. We don't have enough room for pizza in our freezer, and that way I have more flexibility. I loved seeing these pizzas. Time to make some more pizza dough for me.
