Do you have any advice when asking for clarification of the case? How to make sure you ask relevant questions that contribute to the solution of the case?
I think the best would be to read the winning memorials of previous editions (if available). That would give you a good grasp of what the judges are looking for.

Try to ask questions that you consider relevant to the main issues of the case. Each argument should be a building block for your overall position.
