He's played at Porto, Man Utd., Real Madrid and Juventus, and he's achieved God Mode status at each club. And he's still going strong today. Messi on the other hand has played for Barcelona only. He has had some truelly magical moments and he is one of the GOAT, but Barca arranged their whole style of football to fit around Messi. My thing is...ronaldo has all these traits...height, speed, strength, power, one of the best left and right foot ive ever seen and he is super smart in terms of positioning...but messi who barely scores headers because he is short and mostly scores with 1 foot...somehow has almost the same amount of goals as ronaldo who is the best goalscorer i have ever seen. If you think of the best goalscorers u think of messi or ronaldo...but if u think of the best play makers u dont think of ronaldo, when u think of vision and absolutely insane passes u dont think of ronaldo...ronaldo has alot of assists yes...but 90% are just passes across the box or simple passes.
