Every bit of this. I just had to walk 5 miles to an Urgent Care with cellulitis because I was told yesterday they wouldn't be able to use the van today. The reason is because the vans were being used for moving donations. I have been gathering so much knowledge on how things should work, resources outside of here that I actually could start my own shelter. It's turning me into something I am not.

My horse has been through a lot being around them the lifetime I made the jump to set in stone but I don't need to be around her and her ways. she told me I had to do more and told her I didn't kiss asses.😂 she needs to spend more time with her horses &animals.
I rescued her horses from a bad situation in a big city. She brought the drama with her and that was 20 years plus. I had a horse trailer stolen for me. I had to inoculations that did not go well, a stallion I had to gelding. I am inprinted her three foals.They're very sweet horses. They listen well when they don't wanna listen to her, they'll lay down.😂 I'm going to write a book

You just described my previous boss. And I was just telling a couple of old coworkers about this behavior last Saturday. That he doesn't adapt to the context of the reality. His response was always "well, they do it like this over there". But we didn't work like "over there". A lot of people left. I left early last month and I am trying to get my own business off the ground; not that it's easy but I'm battling my own demons and fears and bad habits to keep pushing forward.
I volunteer at an animal shelter . I only volunteer with dogs I would never volunteer in the cat section since I haven’t done any training in cat section.
