The next most popular track from this same album is "Santa Fe", which is easily Jon's most epic solo song. Also, don't forget about Richie Sambora's solo career. I think his most epic composition is "Father Time".
I can’t believe you all haven’t done “Wanted Dead or Alive” yet. It is a quintessential Bon Jovi song from their catalog. I really hope you get to it next.
It’s “Blaze of Glory” that Jay is referring to. “Blades of Glory” is a comedy starring Will Farrell! I had no idea that Matt LeBlanc was in this video and I’ve seen it 50 times!
Bon Jovi in 1989 was 1 of the biggest rock bands in the world... but the band members were burnt out from touring and after the tour for 'New Jersey' album, all 5 members went their separate ways in early 1990... Lead singer Jon Bon Jovi began writing new songs without the band and got the offer to make a solo album the soundtrack for the cowboy western movie 'Young Guns II' (Jon Bon Jovi was always a huge fan of spaghetti western movies)... and he invited some of his peers and icons to guest on the album, including - Jeff Beck, Elton John, Little Richard, Aldo Nova, Randy Jackson, and late Ratt guitarist Robbin Crosby. 'Blaze of Glory' was released in 1990 and got the fanfare of a Bon Jovi album, selling 2x platinum... Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora released his solo album 'Stranger in this town' in 1991 and was disappointed that it was not commercially successful... Sambora had co-written a lot of Bon Jovi's hits and felt that the music industry did not give him the same priority as Jon Bon Jovi.
Based on the hair length this was done around the time of Blaze of Glory video was done. Fun bit of trivia Jon Bon Jovi’s dad used to do his hair back then.
That is an absolutely amazing performance- I just love the pace change in that song- the drums driving it into the solo and my god possibly one of my favourite ever solo’s in any song ever
If I am not mistaken, one of you or both of you are educators. If so, I think you would really appreciate Welcome To Wherever You Are by Bon Jovi. (If you are not in education, I think you will enjoy it. It sends a great message.) I was a teacher for 32 years and this song would help me through when I was going through a tough stretch at work. It helped me realize just how special each and every child is and how important my job was.
The Young Guns II soundtrack is really great. Jeff Beck, guitar hero who recently passed is who played guitar on this album and he is who appeared in this video playing the guitar solo. In the video for Dying Much of a Living also for this soundtrack you can hear Elton John doing backing vocals.
*Definitely time for a RICHIE SAMBORA solo song...."Stranger In This Town", "Ballad Of Town", "One Light Burning", "Father Time", "Hard Times Come Easy",.......* 🎵🎸🔊🔥😈👍🏼
This is a song from his BLAZE OF GLORY solo album. An excellent album throughout with the one and only Jeff Beck on lead guitar. RIP Jeff! But Randy Jackson (bass) and Aldo Nova (multi-instrumental) also play on this song. On this album he has a whose who. Elton John plays piano on a bunch of songs as well.
This whole album is a lyrical (and musical) gem. Also joey (matt leblanc) is in the bon jovi video for "say it isnt so". There's juuuust a few other stars in that one too 😁😉
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS. This one my absolute most favorite songs ever and I've asked so many reactors to do it but you're the first I've seen to cover it. ❤ Top to bottom the Young Guns II soundtrack is great and a fave album of mine. And yes, that's a young Matt LeBlanc! He also appears in the video for Bon Jovi's song "Say It Isn't So" from 2000. It's a fun song, too, different vibe. It's off their Crush album which brought the band back to the spotlight. I played that album so much when it came out, I'm due for another listen.
Young Guns 2 soundtrack included this and Blaze Of Glory! Excellent movie as well that starred Emilio Estevez, Keifer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, and William Petersen(aka Grissom in CSI series).
You guys are still to cover probably his best if not his most popular hit, Wanted Dead or Alive. You should also cover the Young Guns movies on your movie channel.
This is not a feel good song. It is a do or die, out of hope, last stand song. I still love it! The whole Blaze of Glory album is a masterpiece. The Movie Young Guns II that goes along with it is also a masterpiece.
I've been watching a lot of your videos, and I am really enjoying them. The way you guys focus on the music causes me to focus on these songs that I've already heard. Most of the time, it causes me to experience these songs in a whole new light, so thank you for that! I really enjoy your positive outlook and comments. I will echo some of the other comments and strongly encourage you to listen to Jon Bon Jovi's Sante Fe also from the Young Guns 2 soundtrack. That song in particular showcases Jon's vocals more than any other song. I think you guys would really enjoy it!
You have now reacted to two songs from Jon's 1990 solo album Blaze of Glory. It's a fantastic album and as you guys have realized by now the soundtrack for the motion picture Young Guns 2. But Jon did a second solo album, and almost a third, but that's another story. The second solo album was released in 1997 and was mostly written in 1996 while Jon was filming movies as an outlet. Many of the songs was written in a movie trailer in London and the album was produced by Stephen Lironi and non other than Eurythmics Dave Stewart (the producer of some of Tom Petty's best work). The album was massive in Europe and won the Brit Awards in 1998 for best International artist. But it went completely under the radar in the States. This album, in my books, is probably one of the three best albums ever written and released by any artist. That's how great it is. Tracks to react to: Queen of New Orleans, Midnight in Chelsea (Long Version), Jannie Don't Take Your Love to Town (Album version, not the short video version), Ugly and Staring at Your Window With My Suitcase in My Hand.
This whole solo album is amazing and from Young Guns II. The day I bought the cassette, I popped it into my player in my car and pulled out of the parking lot of the mall. There was silence at first, and then...the very first noise coming out of the speakers was Emilio Estevez's voice saying "Yoohoo - I'l' make you famous". Scared the crap out of me because I was expecting music and didn't realize that there were verbal clips from the movie on the tape as well as the the whole album being related to the movie even though all the songs were not in the movie. I just recent bought a digital copy of the album since it is no longer in print anywhere and I love it just as much today as I did when it came out!!!
Wow, I stumbled in your channel by accident while searching for a guitar tutorial for this song. I really enjoyed it! You both have personality and good selections of musical choices.
I just watched your fly like an eagle video. Seal made the Space Jam version of fly like an eagle. Steve Miller Band made the original Fly Like an Eagle. Just wanted you to know if you didn't find out already
Great soundtrack for sure for Gun Guns II; you all need to react to the first movie though (Young Guns) , the cast is amazing, and story is great. I wore out this cassette tape (got it on one of my birthdays as a teen), this soundtrack all John Bon Jovie, not the band Bon Jovie. Blaze of Glory same soundtrack.
Yes, that is iconic...I also remember at the dinner table.... "we're just hackin on you" what did you kill a man for, he was hackin' on me" priceless.@@dubester1982
this song is off the 'young guns 2' soundtrack like blaze of glory. Jon wrote a whole album and each song refers to Billy the kid or a situation from the film. Jon has a 10 second cameo in the film, blink and you will miss it lol. The album features guests such as Jeff Beck and Elton john. 'Santa Fe' is the best song on the album. The film stars Emelio Estefez, Kiefer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, Christian Slater and more. Please do Bon Jovi 'Livin in sin' its a banger

You should check out Bon Jovi - Something To Believe In. It's an acoustic version from a concert Minneapolis 2003. My first time seeing them. It was awesome❤
Ooh, and maybe do the cover of it by country artist Chris LeDoux featuring Jon himself. And then do more Chris LeDoux because he was awesome, too. (RIP)
Hey guys,..if u want to explore more of JBJ solo career react to the song STA.FE its so powerful,.and i really like that song cuz it describes myself in these fucking unfair world!!!
The entire soundtrack to Young Guns 2 is Jon Bon Jovi. Killer album imo. Santa Fe is another killer tune.
Quite possibly my favorite movie
I agree! They need to listen to Santa Fe!
Definitely Santa Fe. That is such a killer track and John’s vocal is next level.
YES Santa Fe is my favorite on that album also. The whole album is fantastic!!
Santa Fe is by far the best song on the album. A favorite of mine to this day. Very cinematic with the strings.
The next most popular track from this same album is "Santa Fe", which is easily Jon's most epic solo song. Also, don't forget about Richie Sambora's solo career. I think his most epic composition is "Father Time".
Personally, I prefer Undiscovered Soul. Also, every song on Blaze of Glory is a banger. But then again, every Bon Jovi song is a banger.
The Answer is awesome also
Beyond a doubt! Amazing song and phenomenal soundtrack!
Justice in the barrel and Santa Fe . Masterpieces
it is my favorite
Jeff Beck on guitars.
Yes and Elton John on piano on a couple of tracks
Yes, it happens to be the great Jeff in the bar :)
I can’t believe you all haven’t done “Wanted Dead or Alive” yet. It is a quintessential Bon Jovi song from their catalog. I really hope you get to it next.
Virtually no one has reacted to Bon Jovi’s most recent albums. His voice has weakened, but the lyricism is still on point.
@@mitloppas3559 That's the case w/ most old school artists.
Live from moscow richie's intro with his triple neck guitar, epic
This album is INCREDIBLE. Massively underrated. I always loved this album in a very special way.
"In These Arms" is one of the best songs by Bon Jovi.
Santa Fe is my favourite Jon Bon Jovi from this soundtrack but you cant go wrong with a later solo song "Midnight in Chelsea" either ❤
It’s “Blaze of Glory” that Jay is referring to. “Blades of Glory” is a comedy starring Will Farrell! I had no idea that Matt LeBlanc was in this video and I’ve seen it 50 times!
Matt LeBlanc is an 80s video of Alanis Morrissette too. Before both were big.
Young guns 1 and 2 would be amazing movies to do on your movie channel. Bon Jovi does the soundtrack for the sequel.
@@quincee3376maybe you already know this but Matt LeBlanc is also in Bob Seger music video for Night moves ❤😊
I never noticed Matt Leblanc either!
Probably everyone that missed it was like I was, too caught up in the music and the story being told by the video.
Dry County is another good one.
Just to be clear, that's not a solo song.
Mr. Jeff Beck playing the guitar solo... RIP.
In These Arms ‚ Living In Sin‘ Hey God‘ Only Lonely ‚ Dry County, Lie To Me, These Days 🤟🤟🤟🎸🎸

Same album
Jon Bon Jovi always delivers
This is one I requested a while back. It's under rated, but it's a great song. Hope you like it 🙂
You should check out the Richie Sambora's "Stranger in this Town"!!
React to Bon Jovi
"DRY COUNTY"
Live at Wembley 1995
IT'S EPIC, JON and band were CLASSIC FORM AND ON TOP THERE GAME
That is an absolutely amazing performance- I just love the pace change in that song- the drums driving it into the solo and my god possibly one of my favourite ever solo’s in any song ever

Please do songs from the guitarist from Bon Jovi . Do Richie Sambora - Stranger In This Town, Ballad Of Youth, One Light Burning or Rosie.
A very underrated album.
*Definitely time for a RICHIE SAMBORA solo song...."Stranger In This Town", "Ballad Of Town", "One Light Burning", "Father Time", "Hard Times Come Easy",.......* 🎵🎸🔊🔥😈👍🏼
You need to check out "Who Says You Can't Go Home". Country singer Jennifer Nettles sings with him. It was a big crossover hit
Crazy I never noticed Matt LeBlanc in this video. This was 4 years before the Friends craze.
This whole album is a lyrical (and musical) gem.
Also joey (matt leblanc) is in the bon jovi video for "say it isnt so". There's juuuust a few other stars in that one too 😁😉
Try with Bon Jovi's ''Keep The Faith'' :)
This was also on the soundtrack of Young Guns 2: Blaze of Glory which Jon did pretty much the whole thing. It is one of my favorite CD's.
I've always loves this song. And how Gorgeous is Matt LeBlanc from Friends? He has aged Very well over the years. Love Matt and Jon.
You should do "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses again so that Amber can see it. You did it once before, but it was only you at that time.
Bon Jovi is a master in rock ballad.
Jon Bon Jovi never disappoints! ❤❤
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS. This one my absolute most favorite songs ever and I've asked so many reactors to do it but you're the first I've seen to cover it. ❤

One of my favorite songs.
WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE ,,,that's bon jovis anthem ,seriously listen to it 😊 stoney
If you want more Joey from Friends, watch the video for Night Moves by Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band. Amazing song by the way.
I keep suggesting Night Moves! My fave from Seger!
Young Guns 2 soundtrack included this and Blaze Of Glory! Excellent movie as well that starred Emilio Estevez, Keifer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, and William Petersen(aka Grissom in CSI series).
Great choice of song.. haven’t heard this one in Donkies!
Great Album
My favorite from this album is "Bang a Drum!" "Santa Fe" is great too.
There isn’t a bad track on the album. It’s simply magnificent.
Love Jon Bon Jovi! The only man I've ever marked my body for.
A couple more western themed songs that Bon Jovi sang as a group were Dead Or Alive, and Dying Ain't Much Of a Living.
Dyin' Ain't Much of a Livin' was a solo song from this same album.
Listen to Ride Cowboy Ride/Stick to Your Guns from the New Jersey album. They should have been on the Young Guns 2 Soundtrack!
Haha. Yep. That’s Joey. The only thing missing is him saying “How you doin’…”.
The movie soundtrack this song is from is "Young Guns 2"
You guys are still to cover probably his best if not his most popular hit, Wanted Dead or Alive. You should also cover the Young Guns movies on your movie channel.
This is not a feel good song. It is a do or die, out of hope, last stand song. I still love it! The whole Blaze of Glory album is a masterpiece. The Movie Young Guns II that goes along with it is also a masterpiece.
I listened to this album a lot as a teen. Haven't heard this song in ages. Thanks for the reminder. I still know all the lyrics and love it.
This is the first cassette tape I bought as a teen $15.99. I loved the lyrics!!
I've been watching a lot of your videos, and I am really enjoying them. The way you guys focus on the music causes me to focus on these songs that I've already heard. One of my absolute favorites of John Bon Jovi's songs. Please, please do his song Unbroken. It is one of his latest songs. I think you will enjoy it.
Please, please, please react to him singing the song Hallelujah. It will blow you away. Great reaction. 🙂
Forget the song, 15 year old me was all about the video 😍(I did love the song though)
My favorite song along with Santa fe!

Jeff Beck is on guitar and of course Matt LeBlanc is in it. LOL
You have to check out the duet he did with Jennifer Nettles, "Who Says You Can't Go Home." Please do the video. You will absolutely love it!
SANTA FE is also from JBJ Blaze of glory album. EPIC SONG, just listen 🥰
Richie Sambora - When a blind man cries...watch the official video if you can 💜🤘
matt leblanc is also in bon jovi's video for say it isn't so from the crush record in 2000. i guess him a jon became friends.
Jay & Amber, you'll love Jon Bon Jovi's "Who Says You Can’t Go Home" with Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland!!! Official video is best.
Like I said last time you recommended that song , hope they get to it✌️
I hope they do that one.
This is a must.
Wow, I stumbled in your channel by accident while searching for a guitar tutorial for this song. I really enjoyed it! You both have personality and good selections of musical choices.
JBJ's best voice..play Santa Fe..
his best voice performance ever!

Gracias que linda canción por Dios😍😍😍😍😍😍😍💗💗💗❤️❤️❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You killing me.... still no Wanted Dead or Alive!! Talk about saving the best for last. You must be really saving it 😂
JON has it all for me ❤️😊🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Y'all need to check out Jon's duet with Chris LeDoux, "Bang a Drum", such an awesome, inspirational song.

Oh hey Joey from Friends lol. Bon Jovi does it again, such a great sounding song.
I loved this movie! It was my fave on that album
This is on the Blaze of Glory CD.
Jon Bon Jovi - "Midnight In Chelsea" is a Must.
Sha la la la, yes!
Love you Jay and Amber. Did you know Jon Bon Jovi produced a Hall & Oates tune? Check out So Close, which is from 1990. One of my favorite songs!
Wanted Dead or Alive and Raise your hands! You both will love it!❤
You should react to Santa Fe, solo single by Jon Bon Jovi, epic underrated song
Blood Money is great!! Young Guns and Young Guns 2 are awesome classic’s!!!!
Can’t believe that I have never heard this one. How did I miss this after so many years?
It was a big hit, peaking at #12. It was all over the ready where I was from
Great song great soundtrack, got it for my birthday when it came out.
Young Guns 2 soundtrack, perfect album
The guitar player is Jeff Beck
this song is off the 'young guns 2' soundtrack like blaze of glory. Jon wrote a whole album and each song refers to Billy the kid or a situation from the film. So many good songs on this album but I think bang a drum is the top. Especially that ladies choir near the end. Fire!
A real deep deep track is a duet with Mink Deville and Jon Bon Jovi singing “ Save the Last Dance for Me”
The Doors, Spanish Caravan! ❤
Matt leblanc (Joey) were in a few music videos when he started out.
Love Bon Jovi.❤️✌🏻🎶
Not heard this before (wasn't my kinda music back then, I was Disco & Soul & Motown) I did enjoy it though. ❤
Jeff Beck does the guitars in this video too...
The song is blaze of glory. The album is blaze of glory. And it's from the movie young guns.
