(Part 1)..Savage model 10 FCP-K chambered in .308 Winchester. Review including first shot fired.

with a upgraded chassis and custom loads this is a great gun for beginners. at 100 yards you can pretty much stack your rounds or be within 1/4 inch moa.
Pair it with a MDT XRS chassis. A load that works great in mine is
lapua brass, fed 210m primer, 42 gr IMR 4064, SMK HPBT 175gr, .0035 shoulder bump. base to ojive of 2.220in.
set neck tension with mandrel at .306
This load works great in mine, might not be the same for every one that owns this gun but its a good start over factory.
