One of the things I consider most essential for the quality of a cover song is that the person doing the cover add something new/compelling. Luca never fails to do precisely that. Well done.
Yeah I agree (in a way) so IF something is brought to a cover it needs to be interesting/exciting. Otherwise keep it as is. But yes also Luca does make all of his covers enjoyable in that kinda way.

You cant see luca anymore the screen is filled with Guitar necks and other varius instruments and guitar attachments, and you wonder how many Instruments he can play at the same time. And then you will witness how he starts playing with each single toe aswell

seriously, it's almost hypnotic watching it.
It amazes me that people like this go pretty well unheralded. When you think of the best guitar players in the world people gravitate towards the usual suspects like Hendrix, Page, Clapton and so on. Nothing against those people, I love and grew up with them and they are amazing in their own right but people like Luca and a quite a few others out there on TH-cam take guitar playing to a whole other level. Just amazing. There is so much talent out there that nobody will ever know about. It just goes to show that fame and fortune are a crap shoot. Who you know and where you are and if the stars are aligning just so is what determines your rise to fame. I like to think that things are changing and that some of these uber talented people will get their just rewards…..or not.
The guys you mentioned were stars, songwriters and part of a huge culture which was part of the evolution of popular music and its expanding creativity moving alongside changes in the culture and fashion. It wasn't just about their status as guitar players. You couldn't put Luca in Led Zep and expect the same result. To me it's not something to compare, it's all natural progression through time.

One group creates songs or genres that influence the direction M of music.
One group have perfected their talents to a point beyond human.
It reminds me of my writing abilities, poetry and lyrics, yeah maybe l don't push myself enough. Then l read that somebodys famous son or daughter has just had a book published or signed up for a recording contract......say no more. I fear l will leave this Earth without hearing all the brilliance that is out there!!!! Stay well and always enjoy whats there already 😊
Well, basically it's not talent. It's freaking much hard training that tajes you to be so good at something.
Saying it's talent implies it was a gift. He had to work very hard on that skills, which makes it much better than saying it's simply talent.

Some covers -- like this one -- pay the ultimate tribute by faithfully honoring the original song, while simultaneously producing a completely new, masterful and equally engaging rendition. It's like the song itself is reborn. Luca never fails to impress, but this has to be one of my favorites. The technical mastery alone is genius. (And channeling MJ's iconic look is a nice touch. 🤠) Thanks, Luca!

why would anyone dislike this video? Luca is literally a legend.
When you get as big as him you are gonna have haters. But if really they wanted to hurt him they would do nothing. From TH-cam's perspective every interaction, thumb up, down or comment is a net positive that makes it more likely to be shown to other people.

Мне тоже всегда это было интересно, думаю, что когда струны довольно низко опущены, то звук не должен быть тихим, но опять же, я сам не шарю, это лишь мои догадки
