Upload to TH-cam 8. Choose a thumbnail 9. Make video public 10. Repeat cycle from 3 if video gets much good feedback.

Other youtubers like Jinx basically steal peoples content, look at it with no expression or funny moments included, and upload the stolen video to there channel in its entirety. You don't do that, because first of all, you can't steal your own content. Also you cut it up, and ACTUALLY REACT to the video, so you're not just staring at the video with a blank face.
