- With all the Logger / Firewood Expo's getting cancelled, I figured we do a little 50 review and talk about the equipment we've been using.
Products:
NNZ - 1/3 cord or Face Cord firewood bags
BruteForce - 25' radius axle conveyor
BruteForce - Disc Cleaner
BruteForce - 16-24 Extended deck wood processor
*One note to correct from the video, we have processed way more than 50 cords. Probably 75 plus.
We do ship nationwide, so if you see something you’d like a price quote on PLEASE contact us. I will price things up and hopefully earn your business
As always, thanks for watching.

Nice review and setup.
What a great set up. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks! It works really well for us. When we drop firewood off, the customers always comment on how clean (debris free) and nice sized the pieces are.
How much would you charge for mobile processing for other people? How many cords per hour does that set up do? How long does each cutting chain last before sharpening?
We got $85/hour last time we had it out. The 16-24 is a solid 2 per hour, if decent sized logs 3 is not out of the question. Chains are .404 so they take a little more of beating than others
Can you pull wood out of the bags and use it as needed? Will they fold down with wood still in them as you pull it out? I have been using pallet style crates that I bring in with my forklift and pull the wood out of them as I need it. I feel like bags might be easier to use.
We store all the bags on pallets. Easy to move, and keeps the ground moisture away. Good air flow the whole way around. I've used pallet rates, jigs and IBC totes. I will NEVER go back stacking wood inside of anything ever again! Plus the bags season the wood super fast. If we can get you a quote, please don't hesitate to call or email. Thx AJ
