      I'm holding Tesla, Alibaba, iQiyi and taking gambles on Change Healthcare and Nio
      One of my favorite new investing apps is called M1 Finance. M1 Finance combines the automation of a robo-advisor like Acorns with the customization and control of a full-service online brokerage, and the service is entirely FREE for individual investors. I like to think of it as a combination of both Robinhood and Acorns. If I had to choose only one app to use to invest in the stock market, I would definitely pick M1 Finance. (They also allow you to open a ROTH IRA!)
      Try it today and get $10 to invest! mbsy.co/ll87Q
      I also buy publicly traded companies via an app called Robinhood. It is FREE to buy shares but not as automated as M1 Finance.
      ROBINHOOD announced they are now adding Crypto trading for FREE in 2018! Signup with my link below and Robinhood will give you 1 share of a company for FREE!
      share.robinhood.com/ronaldb5
      In my opinion, it's too late for Bitcoin, buy Ripple XRP, Litecoin, EOS, OmiseGo(OMG), and Stellar Lumens XLM coins. To invest in the blockhain technology itself, look at $IBM
      When I first started dabbling in Cryptos, I got my feet wet with an app called Coinbase (the most user friendly to use for a beginner). You simply connect your bank account with Coinbase to start buying and selling Bitcoin and other cryptos, which you can send to anyone in the world just like you would an email.
      It’s free to create a Coinbase digital wallet, plus you can get $10 worth of BTC for free if you use my link below!
      www.coinbase.com/join/591a24ce64a015071bf549c7
      Another way to earn cryptocurrency is to mine it. You essentially leave your computer on and earn crypto by allowing the various cryptocurrency networks to use your computer's processing power to confirm transactions. This is essentially a free way to earn cryptocurrency though there are the costs of electricity for letting your computer run. The program I use for this that is the most simple is called Honeyminer. With honeyminer, all mined coins are converted to Bitcoin and your balance will increase daily. You can keep it as an investment or sell it for cash anytime you want. Signup with my referral link and you will receive a nice bitcoin bonus immediately for signing up! honeyminer.com/referred/593p5 If you sign up without a referral link you'll start with $0 so might as well take the bonus!
      But if cryptos aren't your thing, and you'd like to become rich fast you should start a business! If you can't start a business, you should at least be saving money to leave to the next generation.
      I save for retirement and other goals through automation. Automation is like passive saving. it just happens and i don't have to do anything!
      I use an app called Acorns. It automatically takes small amounts money out of your account here and there and invests it into a broad holding of stocks via Vanguard(You'll get $5 to start through Acorns if you use this invite as well:
      acorns.com/invite/UJ56L6 )
      Just set it and forget it!

    I have followed Suze Orman interviews for years. She speaks a lot of common sense. I believe this: 1. Own at least one house 🏠 and car outright. Invest in other properties but own one without equity loan or mortgage.2. Save two years worth of salary just in case you walk into work and you are fired. It takes black folks longer to get jobs than others but you have to still live and don’t want to be homeless 3. Fund your retirement with a side hustle. Never place all your eggs in one multiple steam of income . Don’t depend on ANYONE to take care of you...

    When Envy said the first rule of money was to not pay taxes, they laughed. However, he was 100% right.
    The ultra rich knows that the biggest expense you'll ever pay in life is taxes. Every big money decision is based on how to legally avoid taxes. It's why real estate investing is so powerful.

      I love Envy. But im team Suze when it comes to the mind set of pay it off, own it, and dont try to constantly juggle debt just bc youre a savvy investor. I always try to think, if all hell broke loose, whats getting repoed? The house bc it aint paid off. The cars bc they aint paid off. The real estate ventures that aint paid off. I can quantify how much money is in my pocket and how much more i want to have. But i cant quantify the peace of mind of knowing that im completely free of any bank having me mentally and financially enslaved to them for years to come. Mortgage, 15 to 40 years. Car, 1 to 7 years. School loans, forever + 2 more lifetimes. Debt isnt Gods version of living our best life.

    • @superc
      @superc 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Actually... that's the opposite of what I have learned after making money all these years. Debt IS USEFUL. Rich people use debt to make money. HOW? Quick example is by getting a car loan and NOT pay in cash. The money you would have used to pay for it in full will have GROWN in an ETF, index fund, picked stock at a MUCH HIGHER RETURN even AFTER factoring in the car APR, usually at 3%. S&P500 alone gives you an average of 10% return a year. You already would have made 7% back after with just getting your car via a loan. DO NOT AVOID DEBT. Make debt WORK FOR YOU.

There’s always going to be a demand for property, expand that portfolio & have others pay for your properties and the house you’re living in while you’re still making a profit from it not to mention property values increasing at the same time meaning even more profit short term and long term wise.

Ms Suze is helping the slowmo- low to mid income earners and investors. If you don't need to be rich, she has the answers for how to survive on your own. It seemed like a question that didn't have a wrong or right answer. She's looking at most people who tend to see themselves as retired and that tends to be around the 60's on up or so. One way to accumulate money is time and that means it will take years for most people.

    • @AJMobileMoney
      @AJMobileMoney 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's both. At some point you get old enough to where you're unable to work, or at least unable to do the same type of work you've always done. At which point you also need to be in a good financial situation. You'll eventually need to stop working due to age, but having the right number financially can speed up your ability to retire before it's physically necessary.

    12:15 The next time you encounter that person who only and always seems happiest when they are in some way making others miserable? Refer to this timestamp, and FULLY understand why. FACTS! Thank you, Suze. I love that honesty.

    I disagree with her hot take on what age you should take social security ... she’s extremely healthy and have the best medical doctors. The age you should take social security should vary depending on your mortality rate and your net income. If you have medical complications or a short life expected life span ... you should take it ASAP.

    9:14 Cha Tha God! Brilliant questions. I’ve come to the same conceptions and curiosities about the actual benchmarks and definitions of retirement. 🙏 for asking them.
