- "All Hail the King" performed by Tim Heidecker as a tribute to one of the most important figures in the movie industry, Gregg Turkington. From the 10th Annual on Cinema at the Cinema Oscar Special. Watch it in all its glory on heinetwork.tv!
The pitiful tap dancing solo fucking kills me
This is the first time I've ever seen a shitty tap-dancing routine in my life, funny to realize that
Gregg needs to learn his place, Tim was very patient in this special.
I love this “old Hollywood” approach to film review this is how it always should’ve been
this was by far the darkest special. I didn't think anything could top the surreal chaos of 8, but the way Tim devolved in this one was genuinely chilling. 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿 and I'll throw in a bawling man in a Pinocchio costume laying facedown on a stack of cake-covered VHS tapes
Chilling? It was chilling?
@@bigduke5902 Tim realizing he'd tried to kill himself and his friends was pretty chilling to me, yes. Even though his meltdowns are funny and we see them all the time, this one felt especially bleak and I kinda dug the line it toed. 🤷♀️ That's just me though
Who cares if it’s dark? My stool is dark.
@@timyo6288 'I'm gonna go take a shiiiiit' - Tim Heidecker.
@@avapingbaby Tim tried to kill them through promoting the vaccine?
Glad to see Tim is finally giving Gregg the credit he deserves. A true expert
Aw man. no oscer fever song this year? That’s my favorite part of the special to sing along to that.
I can’t believe they got permission to shoot in David Lynch’s famous Red Room this year! Really cool tip of the hat to Fire Walk With Me (135 minutes)! #LynchheadsRejoice!
goat comment
Definitely one for the Lynchheads, yeah.
One of my all-time favorite moments. I find myself continually coming back to this clip
It’s such a lovely moment. One of the only times Tim is genuinely nice to Gregg, plus an excellent tribute to the real mr movies!
The way they're just carelessly stomping on all of those valuable collector's items is heartbreaking
To be fair they’re probably poorly maintained eBay and dumpster tapes. Gregg doesn’t get mint condition tapes so it doesn’t matter what happens to them. If he gave a damn about quality over quantity he’d at least put them in plastic bags or secure them so Tim can’t steal them. Really this is on Gregg for being cheap, lazy and homeless.
Or maybe the VFA should just do its job???? You Greggheads are all the same, just living in fantasy land
Those aren't Gregg's tapes. No coding.
I'm out of the loop with modern On Cinema, so having no context, I can only assume Tim lost his memory or something, and Gregg took the opportunity to brainwash Tim. But i'm a Gregg head, so of course, I condone such actions.
Tim, for about the 8th time, hit rock bottom and, for the second (third?) time moved in with Gregg. I was convinced this year's special was going to take place in Gregg's apartment, but alas.
It’s interesting but not surprising that Greggheads are just as sociopathic as the hack they idolize.
@@bigduke5902 I was slightly hoping it would be an apartment CCTV filmed special
this special was following the last episode of the season where Greg was the only person in Tim's life to celebrate Christmas with
THE KING OF MOVIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can’t get enough of the musical theme for “Oscer Fever” coming in at the end
I remember watching this intro and special and just waiting for Tim to break. No way he could be nice to Gregg for a whole special
Yeh they do the same setup every time. It's funny tho.
I so can't wait for when this drops for monthly subs. How did I get so deep into this wilfully obscure madness?!
I guess Tim has finally conceded that Star Trek 2 took place in San Francisco.
all hail the king
the king of movies

Thank you for your service
I'm still saving up to be able to pay for a subscription. So, having not seen this Oscar special, I can only assume Gregg has Tim by the balls on some legal loophole or Gregg is being coerced into buying a lifetime supply of a nutrient powder.
It does kinda feel like a set up lol like keep waiting for the trap to spring on Gregg
He did have the footage to hold over him but after he handed that over Tim had no more reason to be nice
Imagine being germ free!
@@marcusmalone have they addressed Tim's erroneous and fascistic insistince on everyone getting vaccinated? Have any crew members and/or associated cast died yet from it?
the most chilling part of this special was the lack of an Oscer fever rendition
thank you so much for this!!!
Hail the VFA, each and every day
Hail the VFA...
...EACH AND EVERY DAY!
The great directors.
Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Bilbo Baggins.
It's funny because he's supposed to be playing a dreadful narcissistic but I have to say it's really nice just to see Tim dancing around 😂
yea even he needs a bit pep every once in a while. I admit Tim has grown on me. I even felt bad about him crying his eyes out. This is why people shouldnt go all out pursuing their dreams. Its not gonna work out.
hopefully he doesn't get have a heart attack from getting shots and boosters. physical activity can provoke.
Holy shit j missed this this is amazing
Jeusu Crist this is dark.
Appreciate the things you do so lets pop some corn fill up the bag
Tim if you're under distress please just signal with a finger snap........
Tim tap dances like he plays bass...
What the hell is going on?
The “king” clearly has no respect for Tim’s effort. Didn’t even bother dressing like an adult for this very special day.
This goes hard
Wtf Tim?is this because of grain water?
Still haven't decided if the HEI Network is real or a scam, just waiting for new episodes and Oscar Specials to come out and I'll subscribe lol.
It's got all the seasons and Oscar specials, plus other content like last year's Valentines special, LaRue's show Xposed and the Deck of Cards movie. I think seasons 8 on up are exclusively on Hei.
They don’t make enough content for a subscription unless you just want to super good art. But if you just pay for a month once a year to watch the Oscar’s special and catch up on some other stuff it’s a steal.
I do want to host an Oscar party with one TV playing the real thing and one playing the special and just see how people react.
Has Tim been munching Ozempic?
C'mon!
This is oddly dark lol
Even the worst Zelda is a great game and Oscar's 10 was Phantom Hourglass.
This show died when they all died in that one Oscar Special.
I mean Im happy for Tim that hes got fitter regarding his weight. It must be both a confidence boost but most importantly hes more healthy now. Sadly his comedy does suffer from it because a goofy appearance is kinda needed for his kind of comedy. Now its just straight up cringe instead of alternatively funny for me.
Lol what?
I think you're confused
I think it makes him look 20 years older especially with all the talk-show makeup and fake teeth last season. I think it adds a whole new goofy layer.
@@lordmortimer8055 well it makes him look aged apropriatly to his current age, the chubbyness made him look younger, fills in the face ;) also: are you certain those are fake cheap teeth? I am on the edge, thought he might have received all on 4 treatment, that normally looks similar to that, but I do see the similarity to the chrimbus teeth, but just not as bad
Don’t worry, I get exactly where you’re coming from
low key post ironic racist iconography..... love it!!!
How is it "post-ironic" racist iconography? It may bare a resemblance to some racist minstrel stuff, but that was because as a character, Gregg loves old hollywood stuff. Hollywood in the old age, whether knowingly or unknowingly, adopted imagery from minstel shows because it was the most popular form of entertainment in a racist USA.
@@harrisonwestphall2381 didn't you just answer your own question?
@@thelivingmanpart2 damn you respond fast! Yeah I probably did now that I think of it. I tend to do that.
Lowkey post ironic insufferable zoomer…love it!!!
@@Jd-808 I love tim, and i unironically love racist iconography. Get over it :)
