I am having this same issue. I was able to use the phone and listen to music for a year. All of a sudden, the MMI will not connect to the media on my Samsung Note 4. Did you get this resolved?

Yea all the pre face lifted a4 a5 s4 s5 & q5 models so the 09-12 models don't have the Bluetooth streaming feature as well as many other new features the 2013s have.

Manny Molina hi! The Bluetooth audio streaming feature is only available on the 2013 models or newer with the navigation plus package! A 2010 S4 will not have this capability! Your best bet is to get a Bluetooth transmitter or use the Audi Music Interface wire in the glovebox!
Apple chargers a fee to stream, same as Spotify. Also depending on your data plan, you should plan ahead by downloading playlists while on wifi so you can not worry about data usage

i have a 2014 audi, i went to amazon and purchased the a Bovee Viseeo Tune2air for $89 dollars plug it into your adaptor in your glove box and use my phone and the sound is awesome, no break up or anything! I promise you, you will love it!

Yes you can directly choose and change the music on your phone. And yes you can stream music from TH-cam but it will not show video.
