Otis 506 Escalator at Ashfield Mall Shopping Centre

This is an interesting Otis 506 Escalator because as you can see it is one of the only one that has the LED direction indicators compare the other 506 you see. I don't know what year the Escalator but it looks to be install around 2006 as in the old days no Escalator came with LED or direction indicator lights but nowadays all the Escalator has LED direction indicators lights. This was an old video that I film since I was 10 years old. This video was film in 2013 and sadly the shopping wasted money to the replace them with Schindler 9300-11 no reason which is absolutely ridiculous because they run ok but also it wasn't broken down a lot.

@@Samuelselevatorchannel yeah shame how the shopping centre wasted money to replace them with Schindler 9300-11. This was filmed when I was about 10 years but I didn’t have a TH-cam channel back then. But I been wanted to upload badly but unfortunately I couldn’t have a TH-cam account since I turned 16. I got some Otis Escalator that I film in Westfield Parramatta as well too but sadly all of them got replaced with Schindler 9300-10 and BLT Escalators. Also the last older Otis Escalators got replaced with Schindler 9300-11. Only one that remains and not replaced is the 506 that was made in the late 80’s.

these escalators opened during Christmas last year and I uploaded that on Christmas Day since that was my Christmas gift video to film that escalator but luckily it was still a perfect time for it to open because otherwise if I did not record that one I wouldn't get a Christmas gift so lucky that one made it up
