There isn't any difference on the economics side as you have access to the same modules for this part. It's the additional option of having management modules to choose from which makes the difference. You can also choose how much of your degree is econ or management. For example, 70% econ papers/30% management papers to tailor more to your interests. Econ is also highly mathematical, whereas e&m you can get away with slightly less maths.
