My daughter’s story was similar with technician being unkind etc and no attention when she told them she wasn’t we’ll weeks before and that she felt like she needed iron infusion. My daughter’s pregnancy was diagnosed at 16 weeks with the same condition and at 17 weeks the baby passed. She was sent to induced the baby at the hospital. Yes, he had water around the head and neck. Just so horrible and sad pain for us all. All test and autopsy didn’t show what caused it.
As far as the development,have videos of children her age doing things as reading,singing dancing,writing and such,like we used to have here in the US,like Caption Kangaroo and Rumper Room and a few others Conjunction Junction and Sesame street for her to watch since not being able to be around other children right now
