Level up ang tirang manok. Chicken Pastil style.
INGREDIENTS :
300 grams left over grilled chicken, shredded
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 red onion, sliced
ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
chopped red chilli ( optional )
chopped spring onion.
