With a finance background, you already possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, which are highly valuable in tech fields. You can transition into areas like data analysis, financial technology (FinTech), business analysis, or product management. Many tech companies seek individuals who can bridge the gap between business and technology. You can start by learning basic programming, data analysis tools (like Excel, SQL, or Python), or even explore machine learning or blockchain related to finance. Online courses, certifications, or bootcamps can help you build these new skills and make the transition smoother.
