@@ampgb223 I suffered on the last set for sure. The runs actually felt ok but I’m not sustaining the pace for too long. Just trying to get the legs turning over off the bike. Enjoy it! I just checked Purple Unicorn😳
The struggle is real with the devices, made me Lol because I know exactly what its like. I set off running on the treadmill yesterday and forgot to set the screen recording. Remembering things can be as exhausting as the actual workout. Great workout as always, I've no idea how you aren't swimming in a pool of sweat and steaming afterwards lol
@@TheRunningWhale hey bud. Yes juggling gadgets is challenging! Having the garage door open keeps me cool! I want to run at the track Wednesday but it’s looking 🥶 and likely not get the best session. Treadmill can🤓
Honestly, when I work that hard its a challenge to even remember what my name is or what day we are on. Im amazed you manage to keep on track! Good effort though. That looked a real tough session. 💪👌👊
@@TheRegularRunner Thanks bud. Yes these are tough sessions but hopefully they’ll get me fit for end of March. Did the weather scupper your sub-25 attempt?
I'm afraid so 😢 all the fast parkruns were cancelled due to ice so we have postponed the attempt. The plan is to try again on the 18th 🤞 Hopefully adding a couple of maintenance sessions between now and then will mean i don't lose any fitness. On the plus side I did match my 2nd best ever time on the local parkrun course and it felt much easier than when i set that benchmark in November. So the fitness is there and it looks promising for the sub 25. Just have to hope the weather behaves now 🌞
