100 जगह अप्लाई करने पे 99 rejection मिले हैं पिछले 3 महीनों में। क्वालिफाइड IT engineer हूं पर वहां भी जॉब ढूंढना काफी मुश्किल हो रहा है। Workers की कमी की बात मीडिया में बहुत है पर जमीनी सचाई अलग है। अभी 2024 में भर्ती नहीं हो रही है ।

I work for a big firm in Germany and I have no idea that where is so called shortage (atleast in IT)?. First of all there is hiring freeze in most companies and secondly we receive a lot of CVs on every post. The real issue is that German companies are looking for cheap labor that can work in Germany. They are not willing to pay you good amount of money. There is no real skilled jobs shortage here. Real issue is that German companies just want to save money and skilled people are rejecting such jobs

Applying since last 2 years , almost more than 300 rejection mails in my mail box. Still applying but I think German employer is not willing to give a chance to hire a foreign skilled worker. Last year one employer hired me in march as skilled worker ( lkw mechatroniker) but after waiting for almost 7 months he withdrew my application. Remind you it was the fast track visa process. Have A2 certificate now preparing for B1 and applying for recognition. Changes in skilled worker immgration act is still not in favour of skilled worker, recognition is not need for skilled worker from march but if get salary around 3400€ per/ month which is I am sure no German employer offer to foreign worker.
