Huge issue I have... Why can I not organize my decks?! This is a basic feature that needs to come soon. Also I stand by my comment last week; when passing a Spotlight cache in your track it should auto-collect it into a "bank" of sorts. Like in the top right corner it should be the spotlight symbol and how many you have available to open whenever you feel like it. It prevents me from having to keep endlessly scrolling to find where the hell they are on my track when I want to open.
I think the issue they're having with Spectrum is buffing her without blowing up the new player experience. Odin manages to be decent in early collection levels with basically just White Tiger, Ironheart and Wolfsbane and still scales well as you get more On Reveal cards. Onslaught is similar. Spectrum doesn't scale so as your other cards get better, she gets worse by comparison and ends up not making the cut. Disagree they have already buffed low series cards and there is now reason to think they might not again do so with Spectrum especially around the time that The Marvels releases in theaters.
I actually look at Pixel as their own Pool series lol. Every pixel I get is just one step closer to finishing the Pixel Series and not getting them in the future. Hoping to be Pixel series complete soon.
I do think ladder has become very easy and i usually hit Infinite within a few days, where as I didn't Infinite the first few months I played. However, I don't think it's entirely bad that there isn't much of a challenge after hitting Infinite. I think it's nice that you can then start playing new decks since you aren't stressing the climb and feeling forced to play meta decks, especially now that Conquest exists. I think people often forget that it's ok to play casually just for fun and not want every game to be a sweatfest.
I love hitting infinite quickly now-it takes a lot of the stress and grind out of the game and lets me mess around more, try things and have a more fun, casual time.
Even tho I hear you about it being nice hitting infinite fast, i completely disagree about your point about it being ok to play casually and for fun. If you want to play casually then you just don’t hit infinite and it’s totally fine, everyone deserves to enjoy the game the way they want. But making infinite so easy is not fair to people who do want it to be an achievement
@PersonShot I didn't say infinite should be easy or that you should be able to play casually and hit Infinite, I said I don't mind that there isn't a challenge AFTER hitting infinite. Alex mentioned that he doesn't play ladder after hitting Infinite because there is no challenge, so he just plays Conquest, which is understandable. My point was simply that it's fine to continue to play ladder casually for fun after you've hit infinite and play Conquest if you want more of a challenge. I didn't say ladder should be easy, and I'd be completely fine with them reducing bots so it became harder again. It does seem weird to disagree that it's ok to play a video game casually for fun though...
@@BatDad-qu4fo I get you. I’m not disagreeing with that. I just think that infinite should be an achievement, that’s all I’m really saying. Plus we have proving grounds for full and total no stakes, full fun type of gaming :)
Hitting infinite first couple days has become a necessity to keep my enjoyment in this game alive. Going up against the exact same decks over and over in ladder is so boring, on top of having to use the same decks over and over just to rank up.
I think the main issue with weekend missions is the way they warp the meta for two days. This weekend, my Marvel Snap experience was ~80% destroy mirrors. Knull was hands down the best card in the game all weekend. This is not fun or healthy for the game.
I absolutely agree. For me, 150 gold is not enough to make me want to win 15 matches with a card I don’t really want to play. And since I’m not in infinite yet, I just played a counter deck. Devil Dinosaur with armor and cosmo in it. A Cable, who was a real MVP this weekend, stealing my opponent’s key cards.
My top complaints are definitely 1. We still can’t sort by artist, this would be incredibly helpful 2. Weekend missions keep getting worse 3. Where are series drops??? They seem to have just dropped off the map and we have a whole section of the shop dedicated to “your new random series 3 card”
I still struggle getting to infinite. I don't know if its fair to try and make infinite balanced around streamers who play 7 hours a day vs the Dads who play for an hour a day.
@@kennytpg3529 I think matchmaking must be weird. I made infinite and started just a couple months ago. Right before Nebula. I made infinite last month no problem but with the same deck I couldn’t do very well at conquest.
Fellow dad here. Started playing during the Black Panther season. I didn't hit Infinite till last season. Sometimes you gotta just stick with it. And I'm a complete potato when it comes to TCGs. I make a lot of dumb plays. So if I can do it. You can definitely do it.
An amazing weekend mission would be something like “win 15 games with Domino to earn this variant”. It could just be a random 700 variant nothing exclusive
Turn Heimdal into a chaos engine for move, have it activate all move abilites like odin does for reveals . Silk , Spidey and 2099 would be wild on 6 and the stat buffs to vulture etc
22:00 I would LOVE to have bots in ladder that gave me cubes. Every bot that I've run into will retreat super early or will cheat out a win. The grind from 90 to 100 is also such a drag and makes me not want to hit Infinite at all.
I feel like when it comes to the rewards for the missions in question, they have become less and less worthwhile based on the time needed to obtain them
I hate how it warps the Meta like hot locations used to. Conbine that with massive changes like Spiderman rework and if I'm not deck building every other day I'm basically playing a different damn game. I keep looking at lists I have or others have posted and everything's out of date even though it's a week old. Makes me have to engage with more things outside of the game than I want to.
@@ironraptorterrorabsolutely agree. I'm broke but had Google play credit so got Daken... Kinda felt like I had to participate just to not lose resources. Because I'm snap you're always begind in collection so not min maxing feels terrible.
@WillACarpenter Blame OTA for that. OTA is way to frequent. You forced to play meta decks of the week. You dont always have the cards but luckily the meta mostly consists of decks thats been historically good.
Marvel Snap 100% needs a free card rotation. For the week of the card spotlight it should be in a free card rotation along with 2 others that players who do not own them may use them during that week. It allows players both current and new to try out new cards and allows them to get a feel for themselves if they like the card than having to watch a video that tells them if it's good or not. It would also allow those players to finish weekend missions which in turn helps towards obtaining that card (if they're just a little bit off).
Regarding ranked not mattering, I'll do you one better: rank 91-100 doesn't matter. Once you hit 100 you get into post infinite where there's nothing to do, the only reward you get is a card back. I've hit infinite multiple times yet I've never used any of the infinite card backs recently, you don't need that many card backs, maybe the first few you get would be a cool feeling but after a few seasons of hitting infinite the card backs become worthless. I no longer see a point in grinding to infinite since all I get is a card back that I'll never use, so I only grind to 90 because at least you get 500 Gold which has actual value, but after hitting 90 I just shift to conquest which I think is the more fun game mode where you also get actual rewards. Even worst case the boosters you get from unspent medals and tickets still has a bit of progression value compared to a card back that you'll never use. Why bother grinding 10 more levels of ranked only for you to drop it immediately after and switch to conquest, when you can just stop at 90 and get to play the more fun mode faster.
So good to hear them airing out issues like how we regular players would. Hope Developers get moving and improve / fix those issues... Keep the content coming guys! Thanks for being the voice of the people!!
Dude I had no damn idea they reduced the weekend mission timer and I missed 2 of them by a win or 2 because of it. Figured I had plenty of time left today.
Im a little annoyed with acquisition. Im missing so many 6 power tier 5 guys and it's a pain trying to even get one. I hate that reserves dont even give you cards anymore
I just wanted to say that I catch the podcast fairly regularly and it's refreshing to see that you folks have a fair analysis of things that could be better in game. It's very much needed and keep up the good work. We don't have to pretend everything is roses all the time, Snap is a great game but it has issues.
Much appreciated! Yeah, both Cozy and I tend to be positive people by nature, but there's always benefit to thinking (and talking) critically about the game and what can be improved!
You guys are right on with the airing of grievances. I don't understand the spotlight cache/series drop stuff either and it's my biggest complaint, along with the changes to collectors reserves. Right now, as of today, they have 14 series 4 cards and 16 series 5 cards. They're releasing 3 or 4 new cards every month outside the season pass week, so usually 3 cards but longer months they'll do 4. That's 30 cards they have for their rotation currently. Assuming a 4 week month as it's the most common, you only need 9 cards in the rotation to be "featured" as well as an option for the mystery s4/5 which is random. Each month, they're adding 4 or 5 additional cards to that listing including the season pass. I'm not sure how many months in the rotation they need to have saved up, but they could do what they have now for over 3 months and not run any repeats. Cards like howard the duck, snowguard, master mold should be dropped to S3 already. I won't get into the other issue of them keeping "good cards" like darkhawk and knull in S4 and not dropping as I think that's a separate problem, but we need to at least get the bad cards out of cache fodder. They should just change collectors reserves back to what they were before. Monetize variants and the money bundles is fine. It just feels like with this game every time we take 1 step forward, we take 2 steps back. It really would be nice if they could change that up.
SNAPchat has made Mondays less shitty for sure (ive heard even Garfield is rethinking his stance on Mondays simply because of the power of friendship Cozy and Alex radiate during each episode) Anyways I've been playing a slightly modified version of Rocks & Hawks and have been winning pretty consistently. I teched in Armor (ofc for all the destroy decks) and another card that I forgot but it's essentially still cozys classic R&H deck. Ive gotten so many retreats when I drop armor on their bucky and Nova turn 2 or keep holding it until turn 5 or 6 and messing up their big Shuri/Nimrod or Zola play. It's tough being a marvel SNAP destroy enjoyer atm. Like you mentioned ive also been seeing more Galactus decks being used especially in conquest. Imo Galatus isn't the best deck for that mode unless you build it with other win conditions. However everyone I played who was using Galactus seemed to have blinders on and just kept trying to make Galactus go off even when I knew exactly what they were doing and could make plays or use tech cards to easily stop it from happening. After a few of these games I've decided to cook up a Galactus deck where he's just a surprise/hail Mary in the deck since therell be at least a couple other ways to win with the deck.
11:45 I play Ultron/Patriot with surprises and it's gotten me to infinite for 4 or 5 seasons now! Legion and Rogue are my real back pocket sneaky plays
Hey guys, I'm sure you didn't need it this way but I wanted to put it out there in case you weren't aware of how it came across. I'm a person who's been playing since November with the launch on mobile and I've never hit infinite, not once. I've gotten as high as 96 a couple of times and I own most of the cards so building a meta deck is usually not a problem for me. I don't know how to reconcile you all saying that infinite is super easy now and there's no veneer left when I'm sure that there's plenty more people out there just like me who for whatever reason cannot get over that hump. I'm sure that most of the replies to this comment are going to be along the lines of "Well just get good, scrub". I watch the snap chat every week and I will continue to watch the show because you two are beacons of positivity in the community, and I just wanted to let you know that it kind of came across like you all were saying that if you don't hit infinite then you're just a bad player. And maybe I'm the only one who feels this way but I don't think I'm alone.
I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to write this comment and let us know how you feel. It wasn't our intention to belittle players who don't hit infinite, but you're right, it does kind of come across that way. We'll be sure to keep that in mind next time we have a conversation about the ranked system, because you're right, it isn't fair to say that "infinite means nothing" when there are people still striving towards it. You aren't a bad player, we just play too much I think lol :)
I wish they had 1, Friend list to chat with my friends in the app and easily play with my friends 2. clans/ squadron or whatever, and then you could have battles 3. Mega battles so you have 3 games with 3 different decks (no card over lap) and you have to win 2/3 games. It'll force you to play different decks and add more stakes. 4. 1v1v1 with a shared location in the middle where all 3 can play there. 5. A campaign where you fight the same (very hard) opponent who always plays the same cards in the same place (and aren't restricted by power and card draw) and you have to figure out to counter and beat them. 6. Just different fun game modes
The Capt. America buff I would like to see would be, with use of his shield he gives 3 friendly cards across all lanes 1 turn immunity to enemy destruction
Great great topics this week from the both of you! I think this may be a spicy take, but here goes 😂 I think every 3 seasons, Ladder should have a massive reset where everyone starts at 1. Just like in seasons in games like Diablo, Path of Exile, Destiny 2, they reset your progress every season (typically 3 months). I think something on curve with that, wouldn't be a bad thing at all and I think would spice up the ladder with rewards to equate to the grind again
Regarding the discussion with the weekend missions, it would be nice if SD could give us more significant rewards. It feels like a disproportionate amount of effort for little reward.
This season, my last move to Infinite was Magneto. He pulled the opponent's Cosmo and Magik into their Invisible Woman lane, thus spoiling the combo setup. So yes, Magneto is top tier!
The duration change for the weekend missions was the first time I was actually mad at SNAP. I just assumed it was going to be the same duration and didn't complete any of them because it ended early.
Grievances: this isn’t even so much of a grievance as it is more a solid recommendation - we should be able to sort cards by boosters. I like to horde my credits and go for splits. It’d be nice to see who has the most boosters so I can go for splits on my favorite card/variant
My biggest problem is not enough credits. I have like 30 cards I could upgrade but I dont have the credits and get them so slowly Also, card background splits feel bad. I have 4 Killmonger cards with the foil background and no others (not even prisim). The foil and prisim background look too similar to seem worth anything on top of that
Agreed I too have 30+ cards that need an upgrade and no credits. Also I have America Chavez 5 splits all shit and look similar, maybe because I'm a relatively new player and started playing in March this year
I will die on the Orka hill. He’s helped take me to infinite the last two seasons. No one ever accounts for 16 power, and when used with Mr Fantastic, it’s 18 points in one lane with almost no hand tipping for the opponent.
Climb to Infinite I usually just play what I find fun. Snapping and when to do so is what's important, not the deck. I made infinite my second month of playing and it was a Sub lvl 1000 deck. I will say this month was a quick climb playing discard the first week, but last month it took 2 weeks and I switched up decks a lot on the way.
As someone who has only hit Infinite once since launch, I feel like getting there is made out to be a lot easier than it actually is. However, I do think that the reward system in the ladder needs to be restructured now that we have Conquest.
I have to say thank you ALEX for that anti destroy deck build! I was so tired of seeing nimrods and Knulls everywhere. It made me climb the ladder again, but with confidence! It's scary though that Leech is returning lol
When ladder was reduced to 7 cubes for a rank is when it started feeling meaningless to get to infinite cant name a deck that stood out while climbing just literally played what i like w/ tech cards til bored of it then switched
Personally, I think the top decks will always be decks that can run answers. Typically, I'm finding for a conquest run. You need 1 answer in your deck for your opponents. Which means if you cant go vertical you MUST have Shang, but you also need Enchantress, Cosmo or Rogue because of the amount of Wong decks right now. I'm not seeing a lot of destroy, which makes me favor Rogue for those Zabu/Dark Hawk match ups but it is very much a risk. I think other decks will become relevant if they allow us to side deck during conquest. Even if they cap it to siding out 2 cards, and your side deck is a selected 5 cards during your deck build. Might make it "too competitive" because you'll be able to main deck full throttle and then side out for the 2 answers you need.
I get so sick of seeing the same deck in every match I play on the weekends, even if I don’t participate I’m forced to play a counter to the weekend missions which is just as annoying 🙄
When I play marvel snap, it feels genuinely like a game first, then “mobile” game second. I say it like that because it doesn’t feel like the cliché pay to win game because it honestly doesn’t feel like that and I love that about Marvel snap. What breaks that immersion and reminds me of that reality are the weekend missions. Using cards people may or may not have and incentivize them to get those cards via spotlight caches instead of saving hurts the player base because there’s no alternative to the rewards from them. Credits is something anyone can get, but now with the scarcity of tokens and especially gold, locking the majority out of that AND making them take a long time to complete turns me and a lot of others off to the idea. The need to be shorter and instead of cards like Nimrod, use series 3 cards that anyone can get.
Apoc is b- for me. The biggest problem with him is that he's super easy to counter. The opponent sees him when he's upgraded and it can be pretty easy to guess where he'll be played.
The bot situation is very real. In my infinite climb i had no bots from 70-95 it was quite hard. After 95 it was very easy i got 2 eight cubes in a row to bots who played solo angela on turn 6 and overcommited on a single lane.
As a relatively new player (started in June; 1470 collection level) i find card acquisition a slog. I pour any gold into refreshing missions, always make sure there's space for the timed refresh, and grind away for a couple spotlights a week and i still feel like I'm barely earning any cards
Infinite is fine as it is. The rewards could use a change though for sure but with the removal of so much stuff out of caches infinite even being a slow climb needs to be attainable by many. Not just the top 10% that’s what conquest was made for.
I've been playing since Global launch last October, and have YET to hit Infinite. I was watching Molt the other day on Twitch, and I told him I'm convinced I'm just a bad player, and make a ton of misplays. Like, I'll be on a hot streak, and then just straight up TANK down. The highest I've hit is 89. I thought for sure last season or the season before I was going to hit Infinite, and then I just had a string of bad luck. I went from 85ish, all the way back down to the high 60's. I got so frustrated. And I'm playing "meta" decks too (minus a few cards like Legion, Silk). My most consistent deck that I've been playing is Mirage Control.
I think the first few games of each season have more bots, to help you get back to the rank you were at previously. I routinely get bots all the way from 70 to 100 each season but when I helped my friend get to infinite for the first time, we didn’t face a single bot all the way from 70 to 100.
I have like the complete opposite experience with ladder. I start the season booming, reach 90 and then everything slows to a crawl for me and I spend most of the season trying to get the last 10 levels.
As someone that just got to infinite with Ongoing Destroyer and Galactus Orka, it's good to see that even the D-tier cards are totally usable in the current meta.
There a tons of bots on the ranked ladder between 70-100. Rushed to Infinite by farming 4 or more cubes from them. I understand that the bots are needed due to cube economy, but I kinda feel like there are a tiny bit too much bots.
I see all that Magneto love. And I understand it. And it does feel like he's the evergreen card. But honestly, I have never lost to a Magneto. So I would never put him in S.
I accidentally used a spotlight cache this morning and got a galactus varient. Im so annoyed that the cache was used on a week that i was saving. Atleast this week im saving up aswell so next week when x23 drops i should get her. Still a tradagy to use a spotlight cache by accident.
I was getting worried that no series drop since May wasn't going to be brought up. I'm honestly a bit upset because Jeff came out and I overlooked it in the old system. I thought they were gonna drop him relatively soon. I thought there's no way he stays in the same tier as Galactus, High Evo, and Thanos who totally redefine what cards you can play and who wipe planets out in the lore. But nope, Jeff has stayed series 5 the whole time and now I have to either get new cards that breathe new life into old archetypes or get Jeff now that the control meta isn't running rampant.
I very much disagree with just changing weekend missions from "win" to "play". I agree with Cozy with the Star Lord mission being cool when it came up, and it wouldn't have been as cool if it was just "play". the "Win" clause isn't that hard, but it helps push people to play the card for real. That said, I agree that weekend missions suck. They need a rework for sure. Also, I was unaware that the weekend mission timer was crunched so I ended up losing resources expecting to wrap them up like normal from that 48-72 hour range.
The rewards system is constantly doo dooing on me when it comes to variant acquisition, but I just roll with the punches lol. Can we please get a World Breaker Hulk variant in the game please?
I'm going to disagree with you guys about ranked. I think it and the rewards for it are fine (of course wouldn't say no to more rewards) and anyone who puts the time into the game should be able to reach infinite and receive those rewards. The difficulty should come from climbing the leaderboard once you reach infinite and then rewarding the players who reach, for example, top 5 each season with a cosmetic. Similar to how players who play enough can get all the rewards in conquest but only the best can get the avatar border.
i think alex is faaar too optimistic and happy to do tier lists hahaha what do you think about strongman? i dontknow cozy, maybe a C at lowest... LOL love this dude
Helicarier is ok with a modok deck but it's a card you almost never play (it gives options to play something else than chavez on turn 6) And sometimes you play it 🤣 (limbo)
A guy today blew my Nimrod which was 28 powered (Shuri's Lab + Shuri + Nakia) and then he immediately retreated, he realised he f***ed up and it was so funny! Damn, not everyday you see PPL blowing up your Nimrod Lol 😂
Wait nakia makes it 7 shuri makes it 14 and shuri lab makes it 28 yeah the math is correct i was kind of iffy for a second cool though no ones ever shangchi my nimrod. I always though that doubling nimrod would be a perfect counter to shang-chi.
I have been playing Nimrod Shuri deck for 3 days straight and believe me it only happened with me thrice, yeah its very rare...no one in their right mind will help out the opponent right! :D @@hadencrawford582
I might be the only person who actually likes the Weekend Missions (at least in concept.) I like that they are hard and take some interesting deck design. Their regular "Hard" missions are such a joke, so I like a real challenge once in a while. However, I will agree that I wish they came with a better reward. Grinding for just 100 gold seems a bit off. And i wish it never involved the season pass card or the new release card. It kind of defeats the purpose of getting more people to play on the weekend when you focus in the challenges to something only a certain percentage of the players can even attempt.
I absolutely hate the weekend missions. The amount of wins you have to get is ridiculous. There was no way I was playing Nimrod that much over the weekend. I would probably if it wasn’t wins, but wins is just too grindy.
Weekend missions is actually not that hard. The problem is the rewards sucks. Ot only do you need specific cards to get gold or the collectors the amount you get is displeasing. I try get it none the less if i have the cards to do so. Every little bit helps in the long run until they stop being so greedy for our money. That will never happen
I wonder if they will ever be able to add another ability-less card for HE/Patriot or if the current cards are the only ones that will exist. Since they only release 1 card at a time there can really be no “filler” cards like we see when a whole card set is released.
Had no idea they had reduced the time to complete weekend missions by an entire day. Woke up this morning and thought the game was bugged as they had just disappeared. Some kind of in game notice would have been nice as I planned to complete some of them today. Might as well get rid of them now as the time frame to complete them is too short and the rewards aren't worth it.

I used to run Spectrum in my thanos ongoing deck 2-3 months ago and she was a huge blowout. I think shes fine honestly.

Conquest was my refugee this weekend lol
@@joseph2000117 me who played conquest with a destroy nimrod deck *pitiful*
My top complaints are definitely
1. We still can’t sort by artist, this would be incredibly helpful
2. Weekend missions keep getting worse
3. Where are series drops??? They seem to have just dropped off the map and we have a whole section of the shop dedicated to “your new random series 3 card”
agree about 3rd, i recently returned to the game and just pinned a card from 4th pool, hope that it become 3rd when i’ll earn 1000 tokens
I still struggle getting to infinite. I don't know if its fair to try and make infinite balanced around streamers who play 7 hours a day vs the Dads who play for an hour a day.
That's a very valid point
I feel that.
I play 1 hour a day and get infinite very fast, just play good strong cards. Go dad!
@@kennytpg3529
I think matchmaking must be weird.
I love Orca
Dedicate to two lanes and boom surprise on turn six. I love it lol
When it works it’s so satisfying
Turn Heimdal into a chaos engine for move, have it activate all move abilites like odin does for reveals . Silk , Spidey and 2099 would be wild on 6 and the stat buffs to vulture etc
Just wait til Annihilus - 6/5 "Each of your cards randomly chooses a location to move to"
kinda op if he could activate all the move cards on the map, if its only the ones on location thats fair
22:00 I would LOVE to have bots in ladder that gave me cubes. Every bot that I've run into will retreat super early or will cheat out a win. The grind from 90 to 100 is also such a drag and makes me not want to hit Infinite at all.
I feel betrayed by Alex after he let Orka get placed so low. It's such an underrated card.
IMHO: I HATE the weekend missions to the point that I don't care if I participate or not. They just seem so bland.
@@kurtvalentine4433 oh I definitely do.
But as I trying to figure out the new OTA Meta there's a weekend Meta.
Hey! It’s Pedro I’ve recently started getting into marvel snap and I’ve been loving the videos! I’m glad your channel doing so good, you deserve it
Awesome! Thank you for your support, 🙏
Great idea. It would also be so much fun If they allowed you to play with your friend decks in friends battles.
Gold tickets in caches is just a round-about way to put boosters back in caches 😐🤔😮
Yooooooooo wait a sec lol
Absolutely love The Snap Chat you guys make Monday mornings at work infinitely better lol 🙏
Glad you enjoy it!
I know. Brutal
The fact that the weekend missions force a temporary ultra repetitive meta is such a bummer.
9:46 I LIKED the deck I was using, and then you featured it 🤫😝
You guys are right on with the airing of grievances.
SNAPchat has made Mondays less shitty for sure (ive heard even Garfield is rethinking his stance on Mondays simply because of the power of friendship Cozy and Alex radiate during each episode)
Anyways I've been playing a slightly modified version of Rocks & Hawks and have been winning pretty consistently.
0:03 cozy smap? I rewinded it like 5 times to confirm 😅 lol
Ahahhaahhahaha
11:45 I play Ultron/Patriot with surprises and it's gotten me to infinite for 4 or 5 seasons now! Legion and Rogue are my real back pocket sneaky plays
2 snap chats mentioning Hazmat? Props for listening to comments and giving perspective on that deck.
Great meta chat.
I wish they had
1, Friend list to chat with my friends in the app and easily play with my friends
2. clans/ squadron or whatever, and then you could have battles
Happy Festivus Alex! I assume that's where you were going with the "Airing of Grievances" take.
Yall were very generous with your rankings
Love the content. You and Cozy are a must watch. Thanks again
The Capt. America buff I would like to see would be, with use of his shield he gives 3 friendly cards across all lanes 1 turn immunity to enemy destruction
SD, pay attention to the Airing of Grievances segment. Srsly
Great great topics this week from the both of you!
I think this may be a spicy take, but here goes 😂
I think every 3 seasons, Ladder should have a massive reset where everyone starts at 1.
Just like in seasons in games like Diablo, Path of Exile, Destiny 2, they reset your progress every season (typically 3 months).
I think something on curve with that, wouldn't be a bad thing at all and I think would spice up the ladder with rewards to equate to the grind again
I could listen to the venting segment every week.
Airing of grievances… every single low cost boost bundle with a mystery card gives me a pixel card… yes, every single time!
I can't wait for the Festivus edition of The Snap Chat.
Lol
The duration change for the weekend missions was the first time I was actually mad at SNAP. I just assumed it was going to be the same duration and didn't complete any of them because it ended early.
Grievances: this isn’t even so much of a grievance as it is more a solid recommendation - we should be able to sort cards by boosters. I like to horde my credits and go for splits. It’d be nice to see who has the most boosters so I can go for splits on my favorite card/variant
My biggest problem is not enough credits. I have like 30 cards I could upgrade but I dont have the credits and get them so slowly
Also, card background splits feel bad.
I really wanted the Mirage Spotlight Variant. I had to open 6 Spotlights. It’s my favorite variant in the game.
RE: Ladder. Lvl 100 card back as it is. Suggestion. Every 10 levels thereafter alternate between an increment of Collectors Tokens and gold?
I agree that orca is slept on especially if you run him with Shuri vision and iron fist
He got 7 gold tickets out of 150 reserves. Meanwhile I don’t want them and I got 4 out of ten boxes. 🤷♂️.
The bot situation is very real. In my infinite climb i had no bots from 70-95 it was quite hard. After 95 it was very easy i got 2 eight cubes in a row to bots who played solo angela on turn 6 and overcommited on a single lane.
Orca is basically a Hulk with an upside. He gets counterd hard by Galactus and Professor X.
Cozys variant game is cozy crazy!
As a relatively new player (started in June; 1470 collection level) i find card acquisition a slog. I pour any gold into refreshing missions, always make sure there's space for the timed refresh, and grind away for a couple spotlights a week and i still feel like I'm barely earning any cards
Love the smap chat. Malex coccia and cozy smap are the true Moats
Knowing these spotlight caches were coming they should've double up the card release in preparation for the new system.
They refuse to do that because they want to keep the team small to make more money. Believe me, people have been asking for this for months lol.
Onslaught needs fixing, but the way that things like the Iron Man Mystique combo are calculated.
I got half as many Gold Tickets as Cozy in 1/3 of the Boxes. Super hard pass on the gold tickets at this point.
Best variant idea I’ve ever heard. I don’t like any of the hulk variants. I’ve been using pixel since i started lol bc he’s actually smashing.
there is one already, not released tho.
Similar to how players who play enough can get all the rewards in conquest but only the best can get the avatar border.
lol at alex rankings of 6 costs. ya definitly high on something for many of them. :) still love you Alex.

i think alex is faaar too optimistic and happy to do tier lists hahaha
what do you think about strongman? i dontknow cozy, maybe a C at lowest... LOL love this dude
Nice job guys!!

Helicarier is ok with a modok deck but it's a card you almost never play (it gives options to play something else than chavez on turn 6)
And sometimes you play it 🤣 (limbo)
Cozy’s reaction to Ultron tier rating was 😂😂
I absolutely hate the weekend missions.
I'm running a sentry, annihilus, werewolf by night mini bounce package. Currently 11/12 wins.
Recently I had a Shang chi play where my opponent played Galactus and I played Shang chi and killed their Knull and nimrod and won
Tribunal got me to infinite by day 2 of the season. For me- A tier card on ladder, C tier card in conquest
I love getting Gold-Tickets. Kind of disappointed that there is no infinity ticket in the season pass.
the main problem now of this wicked game is the card acquisition for f2p players mostly in the high cl
It was a mistake, don’t know how they did that.
You need to do an animated frame on that Mike’s
