Metal Cast is formulated using real aluminium powder to create beautiful, authentic metallic homeware. Eco friendly and water based Metal Cast can be cast into any mould and once dried can be buffed to a sheen.
Available in a brushed aluminium finish which is perfect for coasters or any mould which is easily coated with a paint brush. When used as a coating, patterns can be created in newly poured Metal Cast using a variety of tools.
Can be demoulded in 1-2 hours, for best results wait 4-5 days before buffing to a soft sheen

Have you ever mixed any gold or silver mica powders with a water based resin? I'm curious how it would look company to the epoxy with gold/silver mica

Hi there, we have used mica powders with Aqua Cast but not specifically gold and silver, you do need an awful lot of powder to create a good depth of colour

Not the best casting I have seen. Your moulds were not fully covered with the metal resin. But still a nice job. And your products are great.
