Most do not have the discipline to consistently follow anything, let alone this list. What in life is good, that comes easy? Nothing. Parents must be parents, not friends, to their children. Great advice and solid video, Mr. X
thumbs up immediately at lesson 1. 1000% true and spoken by someone who clearly has experienced and lived it. Your kids will improve when you focus on this order as well. good share man!
I’ll tell you one of the things I’ve learned is keep taking pictures. I’m a bit of a shutterbug, and at times the family gets annoyed at me always grabbing shots. But I recently lost my mom (my dad passed a few years ago); and we are left with our memories and guess what? Yes those pictures! It’s the same with my daughter who is now in her 20’s, being intentional with my time with her and taking those pictures is something I can continue to share and gift to her down the road.
The only advice that came to mind: do not spare praise and words of love for your family and close friends. The day will come when you may very much regret that you did not say a kind word, although you wanted to say so much.
My two biggest lessons were Never count another person's money. Never count another person's blessings. Your education is never complete; learning and adjusting is one of the most important tools all of us have in our tool box.
I actually really enjoyed this video. It’s interesting to hear perspective from someone who is successful (whatever that means for each individual). Cheers mate 🍻
❤wife and kids 😍 plus spending quality time. That’s so important. My parents where good to me but I don’t have any memories with them. All I remember when I was a kid was going to the casinos w them and being stuck in the Nintendo.
Life is like a book, some chapters are sad, good, bad, exciting, dull, emotional and so it goes on. I've authored a lot of my life chapters, however good or bad those chapters I've learned not to revisit them. They're never what you thought they were and it interferes with you looking forward to the next chapter.
Really respect the love for the wife❤ And agree with the dont always respond and ignore part, recently had someone online that i talk to occasionally blow up at me for the littlest thing. It was something other ppl in the group do too but he doesnt blow up at them for it and i think its because i was always extremely nice to him so he figured he can get away with it. Anyway right at the beginning when i saw he was going full baby rage hulk calling me a f’in idiot repeatedly i just blocked and left it, dont need to waste more than a single minute on that crap
I've definitely learned that spending money on a good bed is worth it. Getting a good nights rest is extremely important. The same thing applies to buying a good pair of shoes.
Travel sports will kill everyone lol or you can embrace it like I did and end up coaching your kids - Bed no brainer buy the best bed -Don’t go to sleep angry You’re a wise man great episode
Well you are pointing out very important things with this one. I can relate to them in many ways. Suffice it to say that i agree on almost everything you have mentioned here, but, it has come through the years and not without a cost let me tell you. I exercise everyday, walk 3 to 5 km, and like you say its good in every aspect, specially if youve been a smoker early on. But as for the other points mentioned, about learning to not always engage in a discussion or being respected, honestly it would take me a while to sum up my thoughts/learnings on those. Lets just say i have a couple stories which are so wild/bizarre that sometimes i myself cannot even believe them, but they taught me a lot. That, i can really tell. But again, great video and topics to reflect upon Mr X👍👍
I really enjoyed the points you made. I would add, take care of your posture and your hearing. Long term health problems particularly with bad posture and poor hearing/tinnitus, make life torturous, and modern-day phones, comfy seats and in ear earpods make it too easy to mess up your body.
This was an amazing video! Im on my earlier journey to success and entrepreneurship, and every single one of these lessons are 100% to the T (some i knew already and some you just made me realize) Honestly, because I respect you and value your opinion, you can make content about anything , not just statues, and i will check it out
Awesome video with great life lessons, Mr. X. Some insight perhaps into why you can’t stay consistent with the exercise, is it possible when you get on the exercise routine it’s too extreme of a regimen? I know you’re an all or nothing guy, and go to the extremes. I can say first hand when it comes to fitness, too much becomes not good, is not sustainable, and will burn you out/break you down. I have been natural bodybuilding for 24 years and I do not workout 6 days a week. Fitness is a marathon not a sprint, whatever your goal is. I wish you the best of luck!
@@TheXtremeChannelMrX I’m fortunate that for my sales career everything I do I local in my city. I travel all day but Im home each evening so I have that consistent access to my YMCA, my home housing track I can walk etc. Hey, one thing Arnold used to do ( and probably still does) is when he would be traveling intensely and had no gym access at a hotel, he would go to the stairs and walk or jog the flights up and down to burn fat 👍 Where there is a will there is a way.
Not sure if you’ve listened to Eminem’s new song Houdini or if you listen to him at all but there’s a line in that song that reminds me of your rant about an 8th grade graduation lol
Never burden someone with a debi downer speech if they ask how you are doing today, i don’t care if you lost your job, your dog got ran over today, and your house burned down. If someone asks you how’s your day going, just say I’m doing great, and yourself.
I hate the concept of tipping. Employers underpay so service staff have to rely on customers to overpay. I'm pretty frugal but when I buy something I don't want to overpay, and then I'm a bad person if I don't. I also don't expect people to go out of their way for me... I think I'm pretty much about staying in my lane and respecting people in theirs and helping others where I can but not going crazy.
@@TheXtremeChannelMrX Maybe, but when I buy something on Amazon or any shop in Australia I just pay whatever and they give me my item and there's no awkwardness or animosity about tipping. It's good to have nothing hidden IMO.
Respect is very important, if someone doesn't respect you, they will walk all over you.

Very good one. I'll put that in my next episode and give you credit for sure
I Like You! Keep up the Great Videos!
This was good advice, and I love the humor! Being besties with your partner is vital!
Great lessons. The playing with your kids only is key- they need that one on one time
Great video. I practice many of these.
Another banger vid MrX 🍻🍺

All truly valuable lessons
Also learned: "Never Rub Another Man's Rhubarb!"
Thanks Joker!
You just gave me a great idea. 💡
I really enjoy these videos. They're a good insight into who you really are too.
Great episode! You should have said invest in your bed twice! Can’t tell you how nice our California King is… “No place but home”
That was excellent advice Mr. X. Thank you for sharing it with us.

True that
Thank you for your life lessons.

You’re a wise man great episode
Great advice
Great video.
Usually, I'm 60/40 on these lists, but definitely agree with 100% of these life lessons. The spouse one especially resonated.
Dope video. Loving the content..
Being a dad has got to be tough
One of the greatest blessings of my life

now, exercise vs. unboxing a new statue: which one is more satisfying?
Exercise easy. Although some unboxings are exercise
That’s one hell of a list. I’d like to say I’ve tried to follow most of it. Great video, Mr. X
great video :) it made me think, without the "that's what she said" jokes
Jokes on you - I didn't stare at that mug, I listened in the background while I worked 🤣 jokes aside great video.

Good stuff😅
I agree with what you said about having people fear you rather than like you.... that's what you said, right? 😅
That’s what I MEANT to say!
Nice
Great life lesson vid! Could you also gives us lessons on how to choose a perfect wife ? What to look for, what to pioritize etc etc
Adding it to the list lol. Seriously

It’s more of a life circumstance thing. I may go on 6 weeks of traveling where I can’t get to the hotel gym or something similar.

Most of the time I sleep upright on my sofa with a food tray in my lap and the television blaring. A quality comfortable bed?....what's that?
That sounds amazing too
I'll never understand tipping... we're the only country that is so intense about it
They have to cover for wages
No wonder I was so silent in my marriage...
Fucking fast pass!
As my kids enter their teenage years, its alot easier to choose my wife over them lol
Thanks to Trudeau the closest I can come to tipping is don't eat yellow snow. That guy needs a new ear piercing like trump's.
#nevertoosoon
Fantastic video with some really helpful and valid advice.
👍🏻
Didn’t see you at Statue Con
Nice
