Thank you Joe and Nicole for making this incredible road trip and putting it all on video. In 1968 I enlisted in the Navy in March, I did not have to report for basic training until August. I quit my job, threw a suitcase in the trunk of my 1963 Chevy Biscayne and hit the road. I started from Sacramento and visited many of the places you included in your videos. Route 66 to Amarillo, south to Pampa and Lefors and then to Dallas to visit my aunt and uncle who lived near Love Field. Then to Virginia and Washington DC, New York and New England, across the Midwest, plains, mountains and deserts and back to Sacramento. Three months on the road covering 10,000 miles We visited many of the same places, some look much the same, others are unrecognizable after over 50 years. I always wanted to take another road trip after I retired, but you two saved me the trouble! PS I spent less than $500 bucks, gasoline low as 20 cents per gallon, Holliday Inn, room with breakfast 12 to 18 bucks, steak and eggs in Omaha, $2:25. And I camped out and stayed with friends and relatives. What a treat this has been to watch your adventure. Did you get to Fort Morgan, Colorado? And finally, as a side note, was inducted into the Navy 5 August 1968, was trained as a Hospital Corpsman and assigned to General surgery taking care Marines wounded in Vietnam. Served 6 years, discharged 4 August 1974. Went to grad school and taught politics and government to college students for 43 years... all began with that road trip 56 years ago. Thank you for bringing that trip alive again with your travels and videos. All the Best Ted Blair

Joe and Nicole, your genuine perspective on each city and town is absolutely refreshing. Both of you have given us incredible insight into each place you have visited. Thank you for allowing us to ride along with you. Safe travels, Joe and Nicole!
I've been watching your videos for a couple of years and have really enjoyed them. Your videos come across as very natural and organic, show exactly what you see in each town or region, include stats and historical information which is somewhat rare and are fantastic. Your success on TH-cam is well deserved.
Joe and Nicole, I enjoy your videos, and I'm glad things on TH-cam have worked out for you. Keep it up, still a lot of small towns in the US to explore. Lets not forget the rest of the world!
I have been waiting anticipating for this video. I started watching your videos about 2 1/2 years ago when they were "pre Nic" after Nicole joined and suddenly, I was like a kid getting up early on Saturday morning to watch cartoons, I was up early on Saturday mornings to watch Joe and Nic on their road trips. I loved it when you both would take us out to eat and see all the delicious foods and wait to see if they served bread pudding "MY FAVORITE" when I was a kid and my mom made what I thought was the best. Congrats on your 50 states and thank you for taking us along, it has been great getting to know a little bit about you both and to find out a bit of history on each state. May your journey never end.
I'm so happy that you and Nicole completed all 50 American states with state capital stamps to prove it. During my traveling days, I used to collect travel patches. Nice hobby.
Great to hear how you've coped with your struggles and produced this great channel. I have watched and enjoyed every video enormously and hope you continue making them. Coming from the UK and only visited the West Coast you've given me a great perspective on the country as a whole including the vast beautiful landscape. Love your interactions with Nicole especially her occasional digs at you Joe😂 Thank you and may you thrive
I've been following for at least two years and your film style has evolved and strengthened. You have created a kind of documentary record like the 7 Up series where they set out to entertain but ended up recording historical changes and saying something profound about the human condition. I hope you keep going.
Joe and Nic, your videos are truly amazing. Even though you have travelled all 50 States, just think of all the places you still haven't seen. You could do this all over again and see places none of us have yet to see. I'm thinking of all the small towns across the Country that are slowing fading away, yet show us what life use to be like in America. Whatever you do, don't stop travelling. There's still so much more to see out there. Oh, if you want to see a fabulous zoo & the third largest in the Country, the St. Louis Zoo is awesome and it's FREE! You guys take care and please keep those videos coming....:)

This compilation was fantastic!! I truly enjoyed watching the highlights of your adventures. I have watched all of your videos and it was enjoyable reminiscing! Thank you
What an achievement! So many of us love your channel. Your narration is primo! Your voice is made for this, it’s soothing, calm, and professional.
Am I right?
Joe and nic we love you
Thank's for sharing how you both started. Enjoyed each one. Hope to see more in the future. 😊❤
Dont stop your travelling
We won't be anytime soon. :)
@@JoeandNicsRoadTrip we are watching you from overseas
@@alexsox752 Awesome!!
Joe and Nicole, your genuine perspective on each city and town is absolutely refreshing. Both of you have given us incredible insight into each place you have visited. Thank you for allowing us to ride along with you. Safe travels, Joe and Nicole!
Joe does all the talking, how do we know what her insight is?
what a great story of two great people. ❤❤❤❤
I've been watching your videos for a couple of years and have really enjoyed them. Your videos come across as very natural and organic, show exactly what you see in each town or region, include stats and historical information which is somewhat rare and are fantastic. Your success on TH-cam is well deserved.
Wow, thank you!
Happy for you both, always enjoy them!
Love your interactions with Nicole especially her occasional digs at you Joe😂
Thank you and may you thrive
Thank you!!!
I've been following for at least two years and your film style has evolved and strengthened. You have created a kind of documentary record like the 7 Up series where they set out to entertain but ended up recording historical changes and saying something profound about the human condition. I hope you keep going.
Good morning!! I'm very happy for you!) And thank you for the interesting travels. I love watching you very much!
Really enjoyed that trip. Wonderful. Thank you 😊
Joe and Nic, your videos are truly amazing.
You're totally right, and yes, we want to see the St Louis Zoo. :)
So happy you made your dream come true
Much continued success! Happy travels ongoing.
Brilliant idea and thank you so much!!
