I'm a former Universal Studios Tour Guide, Former KITT "The Car", former Paramount Studios Tour Guide, and I've been a writer/producer in the industry for over 20 years. I'm 6:46 sec in, and "Chris" the tour guide has already told (at least) 4 inaccuracies.
It is NOT the largest studio in Hollywood. It's not even in Hollywood. They incorporated in 1912 but did not have a studio in LA until the 20s Griffith, Zucker and Senate were here before them. A "prop" is anything handled by "talent". If it's nailed down or not handled it's "set dressing".
You guys did a great job at editing this video with pasting in movie clips to correspond with the tour. If I didn’t know any better I’d say Universal themself did this video.
WOW 😮, now that really does look like a true VIP experience! If you actually price out the cost of a park ticket, food, access tickets, and express ride experience it's totally worth it.
Peter I totally get the feeling you had walking on BTTF set. That's how I felt back in 1975 when I stood on the footprints in front of the Chinses Theatre for the 1st time. As a teen I was totally obsessed with Hollywood and the stars and spent hrs and hrs in my bedroom working on my scrapbooks. I had subscriptions with my babysitting money to all 3 of Rona Barretts magazines to find the pictures my fav stars for the scrapbooks. ⭐ My 1st trip to US was also in 1975. Ty for taking us on this VIP tour with you! I enjoyed every minute 🥰
Kitra you are my girl! Last year when you broke your ankle I messed up my knee, had a double ankle fracture, and covid (ankle and knee happened on a RCL cruise - Freedom of the Seas )You a huge inspiration and got me through! So glad we are both back on our feet! Xoxo

That's so cool that you got to walk around the clock tower courtyard! We were at Universal last month and did get to at least drive by it during the studio tram tour. We'd been explaining to our girls what Back to the Future was when we were there, so yesterday, our 8 year old finally asked to watch it. She LOVED it! I was so thrilled since it's a long time favorite of mine too. She wants to see the other two movies now. 😃
The quality of your videos has become incredible. They have such a polished look. Just the editing of multi shots make it look like a professional documentary or promotional video! And you have all the right information. Think you may have become the number 1 theme park media channel.
Loved the tour! When I was a kid, I was an extra in The Princess Diaries 2 and we had to film in “Little Europe” (it was for the scene where Anne Hathaway cuts the ribbon for the orphanage). I remember I was shocked realizing all the interiors of the buildings were fake 😂
This video was made for me when we got to see Peter walk in to Courthouse Square. After all of your adventures, I'm so happy to see that there are still things that give you that thrill.

When a tour guide those dose kinds of favors it’s the best, they make the whole tour memorable. I took a classic tour at WB, stage 16 was open we passed by it, my sister said she wanted to go in. At the end of the tour we got our own private tour of the stage, it’s something I won’t forget we were so happy to go in. Those are the best tour guides. I hope to be as lucky as you guys if I ever do the VIP tour. 🥰😁
My heart was so full of joy when Peter got step foot into the square and so awesome it happened. One of my favorites things to see back in the 90’s when on the Tram. An the price is amazing for what you get.
What an amazing tour! The guides were great, and I'm so glad Peter got to fulfil his dream to tour Clock Tower square! That was epic! This is one experience that seems totally worth the extra cost, especially for movie fans!
Went on a VIP tour last October and Amity Island and Waterworld were drained for cleaning! I was devastated because those were the two things I was most excited to see, but I did get a surprise when I saw and got a selfie with Peter and Kitra after the Special Effects Show
I went on May 15th and we got to see it too! (From the tram, not walking on it of course). My kids were clueless as to why I was so excited. Went home and watched Back to the Future right away!
I did the normal backlot tour in 1989 and got to drive round the courthouse square dressed for Back to the Future 2 as it hadn’t long finished filming. It was a truly memorable moment that I’ll always treasure.
Always enjoy your videos. I've done the VIP twice and super jelly you got to explore the BBTF court house and prop areas. Need your amazing tour guides. I appreciate how you two always give us an insight to adventure and make me feel like I am right there with you both.

Nice! Chris was my guide two years ago for RIP HHN. he is great, he actually is the coach, teacher for the other guides. The best. I haven't done the VIP during the day yet but it would be great.
The studio tour is my favorite! It's funny how I never get tired of hearing the bts facts even tho I've heard them so many times before lol it's always fun!
I did the VIP tour back in 2003 for my 17th birthday! It was incredible. My dream was to work as a Hollywood special FX makeup artist back then and that tour made me cry, it was that awesome!
BTTF is my all time fav movie too! I’m 40 so it’s got to be a thing of our generation! The last few times I took the studio tour we didn’t get to go over there but I was able to in 2018 and got some photos. But to walk around there…. Just incredible! I had a chance in 2019 to get to wander around part of the back lot for a Porsche car show called Luftgekuhlt and we got to be in the Mexico/Wild West area and see the tours going through the flash flood part. Also got to hang out where Rick Dalton spent some time.
As a huge fan of back 2 the future. Awesome and yeah it would be a lot to take in. I love that the pond was real. That was something I never once gave any thought too.

I have never been interested in doing any vip or special experiences for stuff before…but now I really think this VIP tour would be worth it 🤩 I’m happy that Peter got to live out his dream in walking on that set and seeing Chris from provost in this video was like the cherry on top! 😊 off to watch your livestream which I totally missed due to overtime~
That was a great video, really highlighted the VIP experience making it a must for us next time we head to Universal Hollywood - for the price you just get so much! The tour guides were both fantastic and knowledgeable about the parks - must have been a great feeling to finally get to walk around Hill Valley too!!!

Universal has already tried it in Japan and it wasn't very successful. Since it's such a niche thing and doesn't appeal to a wide variety of people, I don't see it happening but maybe
