Lol, you will need a surveyor for that, anything beyond selling land and houses, you will need either a surveyor or Lawyer

250k self won't register survey in Ibeju or Eti Osa, to register survey in Eti Osa is 1m, not to talk of C of O, you will need a surveyor, no 2 ways and there is no general price, because the status of the land will determine, to perfect a land with gazette is cheaper than land with just excision, doing a fresh tile on a freehold land will even cost more
