Cement does not expire after 3 month of manufacturing, Its strength start reducing after 3 month. Its strength will fall 20% each month after 3 month of manufacturing. We do conduct various test and use it for right job. SAVE MATERIAL SAVE ENVIRONMENT

I think de shuttering of beams is wrong you mentioned 6m span of slab as per Is code 456 for beam more than 6m props removing time 21 days less than 6 is 14 days, for slabs span less than 4 .5 m is 7 days and more than 4.5m 14 days
Question: (high rise structures) on my site a beam size is 600mm * 230mm is in a sher wall, the steel in beam is 32 dia and the development length is 42 d. When I placed this beam the top steel ld is more than the length of the length and no space in the sher wall to adjust the ld. in this situation i think the top steel bars ld is keep in the upward vertical direction without compromise the development length. it is right or worng plz explain in detail.
