Cement does not expire after 3 month of manufacturing, Its strength start reducing after 3 month. Its strength will fall 20% each month after 3 month of manufacturing. We do conduct various test and use it for right job. SAVE MATERIAL SAVE ENVIRONMENT

When I placed this beam the top steel ld is more than the length of the length and no space in the sher wall to adjust the ld. in this situation i think the top steel bars ld is keep in the upward vertical direction without compromise the development length. it is right or worng plz explain in detail.
