The content is being developed specifically to meet the need of students persuing B.Ed.Spl Ed. programmes. In general, this content will help students of all teacher educatiion programmes.
This video will stimulate student teachers, inservice teachers to engage themself in a variety of activities involving knowing, exploring and appreciating art. More than anything, art education is also expected to enhance learning. I am hopeful this video may facilitate the art within you which in turn will reflect art in classrooms.
Art education provides oppertunities for special educators catering needs of childtren with disability to practice and offer learning alternatives which one most appropriate for students. For example, a child with blindness must get alternative learning opportunities and varied assessment.
