I like this one. The graphics looks better than most of the other store management games I have seen resonantly. You should make more episodes of this game.
I love pharmacology so a game like this is awesome. Hopefully more products are added and a workshop were people can make products. A sandbox mode would be cool too so we can just build.
lol 😂 I got a chuckle when he kept mispronouncing melatonin, and if memory serves he didn’t always mispronounce it the same way. I mean I could be mistaken, but I’m pretty sure he said something different on multiple occasions when referring to the melatonin.
I'd put the medication in alphabetical order so its easier to find things. Not having the customer get the product if its behind the counter kind of stuff im assuming.. if not then yeah they need to fix it. I agree with the multiplies. Thats a must if people order more than one of an item. Other than that I can see people wanting to be big pharm in this game. lol.
If you stand back a little from the shelf, you will see a mouse icon over the meds you need to grab. Haven't found a multi pickup yet, so it's probably coming soon.
A few favorites I came up with are “Drug Depot”, “Pill Plantation” or “Pill Pusher’s Pharmacy”. There’s near limitless possibilities for creative, clever and funny names you could use for your pharmacy.
Will you eventually be able to make compounds and fill prescriptions like a real pharmacist or are you still just a cashier at higher levels? Honestly, it would be super interesting if it simulated an actual pharmacist job.
You can tell this isn't from a US developer - it's too easy to just sell drugs to people who need them at a price they can afford. I'd love to see an American version of this, something that's basically a cross between Papers Please and My Summer Car. First, add a bunch of pointless insurance paperwork, cross-checking against prescriber's signatures, dates, and insurance coverage. Then look up the cash vs insurance prices ($10 for good insurance, $100-300 for crappy insurance, $250 if paying in cash). Then get to real pharmacy issues - checking for drug allergies and interactions. Too bleak? The US pharmacy system is a big survival horror game in reality that makes Silent Hill seem like Stardew Valley... :)
There’s limitlessly possibilities to come up with creative names for a pharmacy. Maybe: “Corner Dealer” “Drug Depot” “Pill Pushers Pharmacy” “Medication-mart” “Chemical Cornucopia” “Pill Plantation” “Pharmaceuticals R Us” “Pill Peddler’s Pantry” This games definitely on my wishlist, I believe I’ll be getting it here rather soon. And all thanks to this video!
I was extremely happy when you started ordering things instead of, well... the other thing that was happening. You should have seen me jumping up and down. I'm surprised you couldn't hear me back in time. Hahahaha 😂😂😂 I enjoy watching your vids, of course there are so many of us creating content with these types of games, but i really love your personality. It's just REAL. Keep doing you, your vods are fantastic.
Looks promising, although not being able to have stuff that both the customer can pickup themselves & stuff they can only get from behind the counter would make alot more sense for example lower strength/smaller pack size they can pick up. Like here in the UK medicines are split into three groups: GSL (General Store List), P (pharmacy only) & POM (Pharmacy Only Medicine), the first customer can take from the any shelf in a shop & the other two from a pharmacy. I would also say being able to carry multiple things & reworking the till would be really good, the biggest thing that bugs me & probably because I actually work in retail is not being able to stack things & big boxes with only a few things in it which doesn't fill the shelf, would be great to stack things or at least say be able to buy extra shelves to add in for more space.
In the US we have prescription medication, which is obviously medication you can only receive from the pharmacist if you have a prescription. There’s also OTC (over the counter) medications, those are pretty self explanatory. You can just grab them off the shelf and purchase them at any register in the store/pharmacy. The one exception to this(to my knowledge) is medications that contain pseudoephedrine, which is used in the production of meth. While medications with pseudoephedrine do not require a prescription (in most cases/states) so are technically OTC, there are stipulations and limitations when it comes to purchasing them. For example there is a brand of decongestant called Sudafed. Sudafed makes products that contain pseudoephedrine and others that don’t. If you’re looking to buy Sudafed with pseudoephedrine (or as my mom and I say the stuff that works) you don’t grab a box of it off the shelf. You grab a card off the shelf that has a picture of the product’s box on the front and the directions etc on the back. You need to take this card to the pharmacist/pharmacy counter to purchase the medicine. If the pharmacy part of the store isn’t open yet or is closed for lunch you’re SOL. Also the state you’re in will determine how much medication containing pseudoephedrine an individual can purchase. Some states have limits on how much you can buy per transaction. Some have daily limits, some monthly and others a combination of daily & monthly. Ie you can buy “x” amount in a day, not to exceed “y” amount in a month. In Mississippi products containing pseudoephedrine aren’t OTC and need a prescription. Sorry for the inadvertent rant/TED talk on pharmacies and medications in the US lol.
This game is something different in some ways especially in you having to fetch the meds but so far not much different than normal besides content it's selling. I would be interested in seeing some more since I do wonder how they will manage the prescription aspects. It does feel kind've clunky so far though.
I agree, but I also love it. Games like this are faves of mine. Very happy so many are doing their own version. It keeps me playing because I can stream work on my clinic for a few hours, then switch to a retail, and on. 😂 I've really been trying to think of decent things you could actually do with a game engine like this that hasn't been done, and I'm not sure why you are waiting for the adult toy store simulator, it's on Steam for $19.99 usd 😂
Bought this game, but it didn't run smoothly with me. a lot of lag. It's a real shame, I thought it would be fun to play another simulator game. But no xD Thank you for sharing it. Thank you
There’s an open sign on the desk and on the door. I wonder if you leave the one on the desk “off” if customers will find their own items? Maybe I misunderstood
I wish the customers would pick out their own items then we just scan them as I leave the game for a week or more and can't remember where the stuff is lol
Lol I put all the same letter drugs on the same shelf but seriously some of the drugs should be able to be able to be picked up by thier self like reg drugs n more stronger drugs behind the counter
I don’t know how many exist on android, but on IOS there are literally dozens of these types of games, most of them are more idle than active but there are a few more active management games.
This is an error in all these simulator games.... Card payments do not need entering the amount in the terminal... the amount is send by the register to the terminal IRL.

More today
It's a store management game where you decide what the customer gets 😂
I thought the thunderstorm at the beginning of this play through was a nice touch.

Would love to see a series on this :)
Mel-ah-tone-in. It's the chemical you brain produces to fall asleep/stay asleep.

Yeah I need to rework things now I know j have to give them these products! And yes we need to be able carry more then one thing so badly
If you stand back a little from the shelf, you will see a mouse icon over the meds you need to grab. Haven't found a multi pickup yet, so it's probably coming soon.
Just a suggestion. I would get 2 boxes of everything. Please continue this and make it a series.
Yeah once money rolls in
You should call it the Pill Pod. LOL
Or the Chill Pill

So the average market price is actually the product price you pay for the items. You can raise the prices quite a bit more.
Thanks for that wasn't sure
