imo, the original Chaos one is not one of the hardest 13 (compared to Fate into the Darkness, Circus Time).

What did you use to made this chart?

I use Cylheim to make a chart. However, I use Premiere Pro to add the glitch effect in this video by the following step:
1. Record a video of a chart with normal bg using Cylheim export video feature.
2. Record a video of a chart with another bg.
3. Use Premiere Pro to add a transition and glitch effect.
