In table for z1 and z2 why you have not changed values to their complementry values

Output of w11 = 1, hence it is not changed. In above slides, it's typo error.

It is not necessary that weights should match at the end irrespective of what we had taken in beginning. Is it ?

first take any randomvalue if your assumtion is wrong you can use the updation rule and then can update the whole thingss so
