Loving the journey Rory, the views were certainly breathtaking. Can't wait until you get to Cape Town to see where you'll be playing as I have played a few courses in the area.
I'd love to take the camera to Cape Town one day! I went on a family holiday and played some golf with the old man and on and off the course that place is superb!
This is one of my home courses. Am currently in Southbroom and will be playing Wild Coast with some mates on Thursday. Southbroom GC tomorrow. What a place eh?
We also took in Durban country club ...zimbarly...selbourne...Southbroom...and umdoni nation park.....all great courses...cheap as chips...and pure quality
@Jason L I think wild coast but couldn't fault any of them....when we played we had 2 spotters go out with each 4 ball ...they dived in the rubbish looking for balls in places I wouldn't go....Zimbarli was the most manicured totally beautiful Southbroom was very impressive as we were told it was more like a members club at home ...but the quality was outstanding and I think it cost us about 15 pounds if that... Loved the whole place...we stayed at the Riverside in Durban ..Country Club was great but goes off a bit in the middle...then we stayed at Selbourne...the people were great ....we had great interactions with the locals ..all good But it was more than 10 years ago
Trying. Off the tee game has improved drastically over the last year but I'm not hitting enough greens at all. Short game not good enough to cope with that.

Unfortunately DCC was closed due to flood damage, but we also played Zimbali, Selborne, San Lameer and a few others. Great area for a golf tour!
