- This is the 7th and last mission (Forward Thinking) of the fan made Campaign by Concolor1, Re-Engagements. It's a very nice and fitting mission to close this wonderful campaign! The early part of the game requires some quick acting and good decisions. Once you get rid of the Superweapons it's a matter of time to deal with the remnants of the enemy.

This has been such a great series of allied missions, can't wait to see what the Soviets and Yuri have to offer 👍

Well played Tg, this now concludes the Allied campaign and explains where the Allies came from in Yuri Resurgence - in the mission Reset. Be warned the Soviet campaign is slightly more challenging. Well done.
Good job you knocked out the Amplifier early. Had it activated the Soviet base would of turned Yuri then you would of had a united enemy, Yuri building soviet units.
That was impressive. Last mission gave some pressure. Enjoyed it :)

I finished most of the game with the starting seals. I promoted them and all the squads by just placing them on front of the barracks without destroying it. I didn't destroy the radar to not trigger the arriving of Tanya and the next attacks. I instead infiltrated the Soviet base above with the two seals and destroyed the power, then it become easier. You just need to study the waypoints of the enemies and attack and run. If you are lucky you will find a crate with a tank in it. Well I will not ruin the surprise any more haha :P
Not going to lie, that is some galaxy-brain level of cheesing you got there!
Well also if you destroyed the wooden bridge, you will be safe from all land attacks. Just place a seal there to prevent any engineer from repairing it.

can never understand when playing against soviets with allies since u can make ifv with engineers inside them to repair any " infected " vehicle ... why can drones still create problems ...

One suggestion though - there are those Hind helicopters in this mission. Could you mind control those with captured Yuri tech? Would be interesting to see one in action.
Edit: Never mind about the Hinds. Just remembered you showed them in your video about the Beta version. I’m assuming it would be no different in this mod.

Why would you send a MCV into the future when Yuri won instead of sending it to a past when you could stop him easily with the power of hindsight? (of course that didn't work out so well with Mr. rejected painter man in this universe though.
Maybe the idea is to lead into a third campaign?

bro it's mostly just unused but the tricks that Ivan can do is so strong especially with flak tracks, conscripts and even better if terrorists.
it just happens that people tend to not use Crazy Ivans due to the explosion delay and that he can be countered with engineers...
a 4 flak tracks loaded with terrorists that have Ivan bombs inside with iron curtain is such terror, much more destructive than demolition trucks and faster
but oh well, at least in Mental Omega the Crazy Ivan is a lot faster and can swim, as well as his bombs spread fire when they detonate, and the ivan can be ranked...
There's a reason why the last Allied mission in base RA2 didn't include Tanya even though her job is to storm the Kremlin and capture Romanov.
Commandos are just too fragile in superweapon and full arsenal throwdowns that preserving them is worth the hassle.
