Hi, I am a programmer and I have experienced that movement "bug" sometimes. I think it is a result of adding the speed from sideways and frontal as the yoistick moves sideways. So that you can generally slide a bit faster and get more momentum speed that triggers the game into thinking you didn't have your first slide (which is slower) and therefore doesn't get fatiqued until you make a mistake during your slide jump or go up a hill. @@ncs4637 hard to tell because it isn't game breaking and not that hard to learn it could easily be added as a feature. But at the same time it is a difference to the other versions (pc, console) I would say 70-30 that it gets patched.
The timining for fatigue: when you run and your armes will start moving when your letf arm starts going down after the second lift up you can do your cycle (Left arm goes up twice > jump when it goes down > Left arm goes up twice > jump when it goes down)
It also work with 2 finger, u need 'slide jump control' to be easy and 'Use the crouch button to rotate camera' to be on. Press the crouch button then slide it to the right then slide it up. It works but it's hard to do consistently.
Well in Apex you can't really call it fatigue, like COD but a decreasing momentum. Build enough of that and you'll be skipping the map more than usual.

also, sliding alone takes far enough but slide after a jump is insanely better. you cover a lot more distance. that's why when you're in a pinch while reloading or plating up, don't just slide, it'll cover less distance and you'll be easier to hit, just jump and while mid air tap the slide button gently to gently slide a whole lot more

There is actually a slide cancel in the game (pressing the slide button and pressing it again to stop sliding (slide cancel) very useful for cutting conners. What you are doing is call slide jumping

You see in call of duty thats slide canceling but in apex thats just a slide jump to slide cancel you can tap to stop yourself from sliding nothing big just wanted to tell you that slide jumping and canceling are different in apex
Go look up quake 3 Defrag to get an idea of how this works,, if you weren't around for the years of Defrag you should definitely check it out talk insane movement.

and in the end of the video you were looking to the left and your joystick was moving to the right which actually completely messes up momentum, you're supposed to look the direction your joystick is (example. joystick is going to the right, so you start aiming/looking towards the right in the air so that your character air strafes for a split second carrying your momentum.
Okay gotcha! So mostly I just called it the wrong thing and need to dive deeper into infinite slide hops? This is a good reason why I’m doing episodes and not 1 full video, to make sure I’m getting it all right realtime. Appreciate the comment!

Faster movement Harder to hit target for enemies Depending on when you get hit while slide jumping you could also negate slowdown you get after you get shot. But that's very situational

Tbf cod doesn’t have complex movement even on console/PC

I usually don't pres the Jump button . I only dragg my slide button up very fast
Tip for understanding the order:
Run (0°)
Slide at about 30°
then Jump at your original 0° angle
Repeat
Ohhhhh
It's easier to just:slide,jump,hold slide in the air,jump when you hit the ground and repeat
Called Strafing or Strafe Jump, Quake introduced this into the world back in the 90's and many games including CS followed suit.
Additional tip for those who wants to know when the fatigue refresh, just count 2 after you slide or jump 👍👍👍

I watched a lot of bhopping tricks videos on yt , this is the best hands down
According to the timer in the top right corner the fatigue is about. 1.5 - 2 seconds I'm not sure exactly but it's somewhere in that range
Well in Apex you can't really call it fatigue, like COD but a decreasing momentum.
Build enough of that and you'll be skipping the map more than usual.

just a tip you can also flick down wich makes it a bit easier just making the slightest bit easier to hit because you aren't constantly turning

Here'a tip when close battle, on reload, jump to the side, and slide the crouch. You get reload slide. Extend it by bunny hop for more distance

43 kmph - pathfinder zipline
8 kmph - octane spam speed boost
36 kmph - octane speed boost spam sj technique
36 kmph - bloodhound ultamite normal sprint
50 kmph - bloodhound ultamite sj technique
47 kmph - wraith void no portal sj technique
14 kmph - wraith regualr sprint void no portal
54 kmph - wraith sj technique rift + void

i don't think it works in codm, it's more or less the same speed as just sprinting so all it does is making you harder to hit i guess

Just go and master 4 to 5 fingers specially if ur on phone, so u still can see most of ur screen while playing👌✌️
