India is the farm of the future
Nature already provides us with what we need. We just need to change the agricultural methods we have to preserve the nutrients in the soil and in the food and manage the waste so it goes back to the soil in a beneficial manner. Most "farmers" out there have little to no clue of what they are doing to the soil or how to stop the damage to get better yields containing the nutrition it should. Co-operation instead of dogged competition will help start the process so you don't have to end up eating test tube garbage.
If both are sustainable then we are doing both. :)

Considering it is made from single-cell protein, water, air and electricity, they all sound quite natural to me. Also if they want to sell it in Finland or any other country with strict regulations, then I doubt that they will add toxins in it.

Curious the profile of this protein and if it needs to be combined with other types to be considered complete. This is awesome if it has the ability to scale, reduce emissions, feed people in a sustainable way. Imagine these bio reactors in places like islands or the north were so much is transported in and is super unhealthy. Cool technology.
The end result is... actually better than what l was expecting (read: fearing)... but not by much, and it still leaves much to be desired for a "protein", zero carbon emission or not.
