That is a very small fan, and it actually looks kind of cute, admittedly. However, I know of a fan that's even smaller: The Prominence Home Hero. It's a 5-bladed "Hugger" ceiling fan, and it only has a blade span of just 28 inches!

the motor appears to be a copy of a CEI-made motor with the circle vent holes all around. i doubt its made CEI though because they were made in taiwan till 87 then thailand but they may have moved to china for all i know. CEI (compass east industries) made earlier crest fans, bahamas, some tatungs, lots of cheaper but not bad fans.

Heritage is a store label, according to trademarkia, the last real activity regarding heritage was around 2006, and the trademark expired in 2020. As for the company that made heritage, i highly doubt it was powermax, im pretty sure it was some cheap random chinese company.

Maybe it’s not moving air it’s because the reverse switch is pointing up to the ceiling you need to flip it down
As shown in the video, it was tested on both directions.
