I like the new KO, because it actually gives some control over to the player which in return raises the ranking. I was usually doing 1.5% to 2%. Now I have been able to mantain a 0.5% average and thats because I take some time to play it. With current KO if whales want to score higher they have to actually play and get some strategy done beside logging to pull 1.000 times each patch, add the new esper to a team and quit til next patch drops. The game lacks content for end game players, so adding something to do for 10 minutes a day is most welcome. And to whoever says they dont have 10 minutes, they are lying.
yeah i agree with you. New kO is much more f2p friendly than the old KO. I'm a f2p, i do have all the shimmers esper except JJ , ikki , and wu you. In the old KO, my best rank is TOP 3% when i unlock diamond tier, but on bronze and silver tier, the win rate is a disaster so i got rank 7 - 6%. Wu you and ikki and pretty much all legendary shimmers in the future will carry your KO rank. SO if you don't have a meta changing shimmers, you're fuck up, no matter how smart your strategy is because there's no strategy in old KO. just like you said. Now with the new KO, im able to get to TOP 0,1% without ikki and wu you. On previous KO, this is pretty much impossible. My dispatch is a disaster ofcourse due to lacking ikki , wuyou , and r6 Sujue, i only got 15 - 20K points daily on dispatch, but my mach making is decent. I got 75 - 80K daily. Just use high resos esper like lucas , everett , camile , donar , gabrielle etc, and smash that refresh button into oblivion and you're good lol. So yeah i like the current KO. i hope they won't revert it back because if they did, i'll have to say goodbye to my KO ranking
Lucky pulls make all the difference, still waiting on first copy or esper copies to build the required teams. Needs better balance between counterpicks, especially for resonance level abilities. Gotta be lucky if you wanna compete f2p
I can confirm this mode is very f2p friendly, for the first time since I started I'm getting consistently top 5-7% everyday, and I'm only pw16 (sometimes I can reach pw17) and cannot go over 20% in beatbout for the sake of my life
I like this new knock out. I'll try lowering my dispatch score! I finally get a chance to get back some shimmer fragments. Old knockout really sucked for me. Also for the match part, i like that u can fight with lower teams to win. It's not much but it's way better for me.
I'm late to the party. The old Knockout was fair. You couldn't cheese your way through with - unlimited refreshes some just do not have the time or don't want to do this because they find it very desperate - abusing / gaming the system with putting bad espers in the combs. Which completely defeats the purpose of using your unique strengths e.g. invested a lot of effort and resources into your fav espers and now they become a burden because too high reso :/ The main point is that the new KO is very prone to be abused. And abusing gets actually rewarded which creates a bad sportsmanship. P2W is always true in such games, so it's not a valid argument (but shimmer get a higher penalty which is ok I guess) And it just doesn't make fun. Lol
The problem for me with new knockout is there are so many little things to do, even though I'm blitzing them it adds more time than I want to be playing this game. I do agree the new knockout is better but I get why people don't like it
So in a way they have been pushing for people to get resonances... But is better to have lower resonances on this gamemode... I mean is good for non paying players but the devs allways find a way to surprise me...
It's OK I also missed first knokout and just copied u entire team and strategy so I'm getting 1-2%, so for players who braindead just watch this vid and copy everything 😂
Begging for LESS blitz content. Heck, even though s0 CA was auto, at least watching and swapping between teams to track progress was engaging to an extent.
Fr, I was so trying try hard and now I’m rarely using my beatbout tickets, cuz of how many times I need to smash that refresh button to find a beatable team. Like pls Lilith remove that refresh cooldown.
